This was my first visit, and I was impressed. The parking was convenient, and the view of Seattle was stunning. Our cashier, server, and cook, Jarmaine, provided a warm welcome. Even though it was a busy early afternoon, he efficiently served those ahead of us and remained patient and friendly when it was my friend’s and my turn to order. The sandwiches, pastries, and chai latte were all very enjoyable. We will definitely return and ofcourse with more friends and family.

Be warned – there is only one employee. Had I known this, I would have gone elsewhere. Instead I’m now 45 minutes into waiting for a latte and breakfast burrito with no end in sight. I will unfortunately probably just leave soon before the food is prepared and start over somewhere else. I feel bad for the guy working here, but it is also insane not to warn customers that you’ll be waiting as if a five-course meal is being prepared for you. This is not a place to go to order food. Stick to bottles of water and candy.

The customer service at this location needs a lot of work. I live right by it but frequent it less and less because of the workers attitude, and would rather go to the Bremerton location instead.

I tried emailing the owners after another instance of bad service instead of leaving a review, but after a couple of days I have received no response.

There have been many things that have happened, but I decided I wasn’t going back to this location after an incident on Monday. I ordered a sandwich but had my dog with me and told them I’ll be waiting outside (I had movers at my house so I couldn’t leave her there and I tried calling but no one answered so I went in with her real quick to order and planned to wait outside. She was also in a contained stroller and wasn’t walking around). During the ordering process the worker wasn’t outwardly rude but you could tell they were stressed because it was busy and weren’t particularly friendly. I get it because you gotta do what you gotta do, and I wanted to give them some grace on a busy day. I went outside and after 15 minutes hadn’t heard my name so I kept poking my head in to see if my food was on the counter where they put all the finished drinks and foods. After 30 minutes I finally asked another customer if they could see a to go box because I was standing in the bright sun with my dog outside and it was hot. They didn’t see anything either. About 5 minutes later that same customer (not the worker) came out with my sandwich because they saw next to the register. The worker knew I was outside, and we even made eye contact a few times when I poked my head in to check and said nothing. Where they put my sandwich was also out of view from outside, which the worker knew I was there. I also never heard them call my name even though I heard them call everyone else’s, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that I didn’t hear them since it was busy inside and I might not have been able to hear them outside (but again, they knew I was outside).

Again, there have been other instances as well over the last couple years since they opened this location, but after this I don’t think I’ll be going back. Their food and drinks are great though and what has kept me coming back, but after being treated less than great more times than I can think of, I’d rather go elsewhere.

And side note, the sandwich I received was about 90% lettuce. The picture I included is AFTER I pulled a bunch off. I don’t know if this is because they weren’t paying attention or what, but it was just the icing on the cake after this interaction.

This is one of the best coffee shops in Kitsap! The staff was top notch, views amazing and dare anyone say the ice cream doesn’t hit the spot on a sunny summer day! Stop by, grab some coffee, enjoy the views here at Cups Espresso!

Hard to find a place with both delicious coffee and breakfast. I had the best made to order bacon breakfast burrito ever here. My new favorite coffee place.

We live in the area and have had food here a few times. Some of the to-go stuff is ok, but the sandwiches are just bad. The last sandwich (and I mean the last I will ever buy there because they are not good) was so bad that it made me a little mad I wasted $20 with tip. Dave’s bread was dried out, the swiss cheese was dry on the corners, the avocado was brown, the deli meat was fine. I mean really? You don’t serve stuff like that to the public. The sandwich before that was so small I took it back to redo. It’s overpriced and barely edible. The people who work there are nice though and we support local businesses, but will not ever buy a sandwich there again.

I can’t give a reading on the food because I didn’t get any. I walked in to the shop, went up to the counter and stood while a worker was working in the back right in front of me. I stood for about I’d say 13 minutes while this worker looked up at me a couple times, but said nothing. After about the 13 minutes the worker said in a not very nice way what do you want? I replied and said a sandwich the worker said it’ll be a couple minutes. I then stood for another three or four minutes and then ask the worker how long is a couple minutes was going to be he then replied to me 25. I have a lot of orders ahead of you.Again I am not upset about it being a 25 minute wait what I’m upset about was I was not greeted and not told in the beginning about a 25 minute wait. I would’ve been fine with that and said thank you. I’ll come back again and went and got some food somewhere else but because I sat there for about 15 or more minutes I was not able too. I think they should work on their greeting and letting people know how long the wait might be so if they’re on their lunch, they can go somewhere else and get food. The servers are the workers could also be a little bit nicer to people that walk into their business

The panini was so flavorful!

The staff member assisting me today was also really helpful and friendly.

They have a lot of options, different price ranges as well. There is something for everyone here it seems & the atmosphere is welcoming with a beautiful view of the water.

Love it here!
