It was definitely okay! I stopped in today because the other prime was closed, but this bowl didn’t have as much chicken as well as sauce. It was pretty dry and it was about a 35 minute wait for the food. I don’t blame the worker I think he is the only one back there but, the quality didn’t match the Dearborn location.

Everything was delicious. The prime burger was loaded, but all the flavors worked great together. Even though the sides were fried, nothing was overly greasy. Everything tasted fresh and made to order. Definitely an indulgent meal, but worth it.

Just tried the new Prime Eatery in Southgate and WOW — what a great addition to the area!
The food is absolutely delicious — I had the chicken sandwich and it was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. You can tell everything is made fresh. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, even with the big opening crowd.
The location inside Trios Liquor is super convenient too — grab a bite while you shop. The setup is clean, quick, and perfect for a casual lunch or dinner.
If you haven’t checked it out yet, you’re missing out. Southgate definitely needed something like this. I’ll be back for sure!

The nacho bun and smash burgers were soggy and the burger patty was super salty. It was so salty it made my stomach upset. The waffle fries were overcooked and hard. The sides didn’t have any flavor or was worth it. They forgot to give me an item that was paid for. They charge way too much for food that wasn’t good. I won’t be coming back. It’s a part of a liquor store and no sit down. Please save your money by avoiding this place.

Food was amazing 10 out of 10 I got the Mexican bowel and when I tell you this place knew what they were doing their sauce on my meal alone was fantastic the food was perfect, the place was clean and welcoming environment and the guy was really cool, he even told the cook to give us extra fries with our meal for our wait and allowed us to chose any drink from the cooler with my boyfriends combo meal which he got the Asian zing bowel and the Cheetos burger combo and said it was fire. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely go back to try more options.

The food was sooo good! My daughter walked in and said it smelled amazing. We tried a few of their bowls and they were definitely big enough to share between 2-3 people. My husband loved the steak bowl with rice and I really liked the Mexicana bowl, the flavors were perfect! My kids said the Midwestern bowl was the best! Cant wait to try some other items like the lemon pepper wings, shakes and mac and cheese bites

One of the best tasting places I have ever been to start off their customer service was amazing their variety of bowls and food was a lot amazing they use Halal and organic meat. Just go. Check them out and see for yourself words can’t explain.

Their food is good and you get a lot of it which is nice. My only issue is that I’ve been here 3 times now and they never make the food until you get there. So, placing an order ahead doesn’t matter. The first time we ordered online, someone had to get the employees from Outback when we got there and they didn’t even know our order was placed. The second time I placed it online, and they didn’t start it until I was there. Today I placed it through door dash to be delivered and they still didn’t make it until the dasher was there. Now I’m waiting extra time, the dasher is waiting longer instead of making more trips for other people and I placed this order almost an hour ago now and my dasher still isn’t here. Fix this and I would recommend it, but until then, only order if you’re willing to wait way longer then you should be.
TLDR: food is good, you get a lot, but they will not make your order until you are there. Even DoorDash delivery won’t help.
