Where do I start. Server was not very polite. She seemed to just be over the day. The loaded tots are probably the star of the show. The potatoes were cold but the toppings were warm. Maybe its to be served this way. Ceaser salads were good. The lady had the filet trio. Not impressed she said with the toppings. She wished she had got the filet by itself. Her baked potatoe was overcooked and hard inside. I had the 14 oz Delmonico ribeye. What a waste of 75$ the steak was tough. Cooked correctly but tough. Poor quality meat. Cattleman’s has a WAY BETTER STEAK for way less. I had the truffle sweet corn. It was eh. Not much else to say about it. Go somewhere else. This places reviews were pretty spot on. Dont waste your money. I did.

Better than I thought it would be. Service was great from Willy and Olivia. Pork chop was very good, but wasn’t that impressed with my wife’s sea bass or the French onion soup. Would recommend for a special occasion

Came to Prime Cincinnati for a work dinner. The food, service, and atmosphere was 10/10. I got the 8oz center cut eye of the ribeye steak with Mac n cheese it was delicious! We got several appetizers and desserts as well. The service was impeccable down to giving us a new napkin every time we got up from the table. Sometimes it’s the little things ❤️

Service was fantastic Willy was attentive and very helpful. Food sucked. Bland and lacking flavor.

The salad looked dead. Sad. Lacking. I appreciate lack of dressing but this has nothing but a wilted lettuce and unidentifiable tomato, on second thought, maybe it was a pepper. I dunno. It was that bad.

The Short rib was not pretty. Presentation was not considered. The food was wet and somewhat warm. Short rib needed salt and fat. Bourbon sauce lacked any flavor.

Willie was absolutely fantastic and made our experience enjoyable despite some hiccups. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. His service stood out and is the main reason the visit was positive.

That said, there were issues with the order, and while mistakes happen, it was disappointing to hear a manager blame the servers and speak poorly about employees when addressing the problem. Leadership should support their staff, not shift blame or criticize them in front of guests. It detracts from the overall experience and reflects poorly on management more than the situation itself. As an owner myself, I NEVER pass blame onto my employees or talk down on them. Absolutely killed the experience hearing management talk about him like that. Quite shameful really. I frequent restaurants equal and above the caliber of this place, so if the manager is reading this I’m confident what’s medium rare and what’s not.

As for the food, it was pretty average—nothing bad, but nothing that really stood out compared to other steakhouses in the same category.

Overall, Willie deserves recognition for excellent service. With stronger management accountability and more memorable food, this place could be much better.

I’m not one to complain and be a keyboard crusader but here I am.
The saving grace to our meal were the cocktails.
We asked for our stakes to be rare and medium rare. They came out to medium well. We weren’t checked back on for at least 10 minutes. By that time we just decided to eat because we had to get to the theatre.
The calamari was chewy and we wanted more bread.
There are too many other options in Cincinnati.
This one won’t be one of them going forward.

Outstanding !

Had a Filet that was beautifully cooked.

Mario and Nicole made sure we had Rockstar service.

We did not have dessert, but it looked amazing.

The food was FANTASTIC but their bathroom stalls wouldn’t even lock which was kinda weird. I expected their restrooms to be a little better but I would 100% try visiting again. The butter (had herbs with some salt) with bread they have is delicious, and their meat was divine. I had one of their salads which had crab meat, shrimp, and a boiled egg but it was way more lettuce than meat. I enjoy my salads to be evenly distributed with a little more protein. The sauce with their calamari was extremely good and I really enjoyed the asparagus!! We had their brownie dessert and a chocolate cookie dessert, both were perfectly warm with amazing ice cream. They even had some coffee that was pretty strong. The wine we had was EXTREMELY smooth, highly recommend.

The food was alright. When you spend almost $60 for an 8oz filet you want there to be good flavor and it was only slightly better than not needing a steak sauce of some kind. Desserts are on the smaller portion size, but their appetizers were pretty good. We had the meatballs and chips and dip. Service seems lack luster for the price you’re being charged, but no one was rude just didn’t check on drinks very frequently. Probably won’t be back just because the experience didn’t match with the cost.

If you are looking for a nice date night this isn’t the place. We can start with the food. My steak was so tough (cooked medium) I think I am still chewing it over 12 hours later. The loaded baked potato seemed old and when it was topped with half frozen sour cream it really made it an instant classic. The atmosphere was horrible. There is zero dress code. Hats, hoodies, etc. The entire dinner we were blessed to experience a non stop exploitive filled conversation from two younger guys. It got to the point that they were watching videos on their phones so loud we couldn’t even hear or own conversations. When I politely asked them if they could please turn the volume down I was greeted with some very choice words and even threatened by both of them. During our whole dinner not a single person who worked there was interested in asking them to respect the other diners nor said anything to them when they threatened me in the restaurant as well as then right out front where all the valet is while waiting for our car. Best way to spend a couple hundred dollars!!! Save yourself and go outside of the city.
