Wonderful experience here with not a single dish we regret. Everything tasted very balanced and seasoned just about perfectly. On the way up the elevator we were given a glass of bubbly which was a nice touch. We got the hamachi appetizer which was hidden under loads of herbs and fried onions. At first I was scared the herbs would be overpowering but it was very surprisingly balanced and light. We shared a wedge salad which was excellent. The bacon lardons on the salad were so smokey and thick it was addicting. My husband got the salmon and I got the aged ribeye with a side of brussel sprouts. The salmon was fine, seasoned well but on the plain side (i could easily make it myself). The ribeye however was picture perfectly cooked and seasoned with that beautiful aged flavor. It was everything I wanted and more. Pay the extra for it! For dessert we got the sticky date pudding which was incredible. Though on the sweeter side, it was the perfect finish to our night. We took lots of left overs but couldn’t be happier with the food and service. Emmanuel was great explaining every dish and giving his recommendations. The vibe of the place was great.
Only minus was the music was definitely a bit too loud as I had to have my husband repeat 70% of what he was trying to tell me. I also tripped over this wire thing that led to the dj booth which did scare me as I have knee problems.
For a restaurant casino it was great but on the pricey side ($300 with tip for the 2 of us). Would not be opposed to coming back.

We made a reservation but opted to sit at the bar. Best choice. Landry was our bar tender and took exceptional care of us. Excellent suggestions and advice. Being a Chicago native.. the BEST aged bone in ribeye i have ever had. Excellent flavored without being masked by unnecessary seasoning. Wonderful drinks and fantastic atmosphere. Truly wouldn’t have been the same without Landry and we were 1st timers. Hooked on this spot. If your a Phonecian… this beats Dominicks, Steak 44, Oceans… you name it… no body checks all the boxes like Prime!! Great job team!!!

Gluten free options keep dwindling where I probably won’t return. Wait staff always very detailed and attentive. They go out of their way to give you a great experience. I have to eat gluten free or I get extreme sick, not just on a fad diet. Told I can’t have potatoes mashed or their dirty potatoes, and they receive them “as pellets” not as fresh potatoes. Mushrooms are my favorite out of anywhere I have gotten them. Steaks always cooked perfectly. Appetizer options shrimp cocktail or oysters only. Wedge salad has lots of dill in the dressing. Only sorbet available for gluten free dessert. They used to have a great flourless cake or brownie but they said they removed many of the gluten free items off lately. Beautiful view at sunset.

Just went here with my husband last night before the Clay Walker concert. Breathtaking views. The food and drinks were amazing. We had the fire-roasted shrimp, wedge salad, Wagyu fried rice, and a NY strip- everything tasted amazing. Marco was our server and he made great suggestions on the food and drinks. The atmosphere of the whole restaurant is very cool, a little seductive. Perfect for date night, which is what our occasion was last night.

Truly a special place. Not cheap, of course, but WELL worth the cost of admission if you can afford it.
We had rounds of drinks, appetizers, main course, desserts, EVERYTHING and it was ALL outstanding. Highly recommended!!

Came here on 11/22/25 and had a reservation. We were sat on time and had a wonderful server named Michael. He was engaging, knowledgeable and efficient. Our food was fantastic as well as our cocktails. I’m taking a star away from “atmosphere” because of the DJ playing loud music. It was very loud and sounded like a club. So if you’re looking for a quiet romantic dinner this isn’t the place although the food and service were awesome.

My husband and I dined at Prime, A Shula’s Steak House for our Anniversary dinner. The ambiance was very nice, muted lighting, beautiful sunset views of the mountains and a live DJ playing music. Our server Emanuel was very friendly, knowledgeable of the menu and attentive. The reason I gave 4 stars for the food was because the prices were a bit high, and everything on the menu was a la carte. Although the food was delicious and the meal well prepared, we thought it was a bit overpriced. We did enjoy ourselves and had a nice Anniversary celebration.

It was my first visit to this lovely rooftop restaurant, where we arrived early to relax and enjoy the stunning sunset views. I was impressed by the spicy prawn, perfectly cooked with just the right balance of heat. The pull-back ribs were uniquely presented, almost like a piece of cake, and paired wonderfully with our wine. The grilled crispy octopus was another fantastic addition to the menu. The oysters were briny and full of sweet, fresh seafood flavor. The king crab legs were incredibly fresh and sweet, though quite pricey at nearly $100 for just two pieces. While I would have preferred the crab cake to be crispier on the outside, it was still delicious. The cocktails were excellent, especially the coffee martini, which I enjoyed while taking in the sunset from the balcony.

This rating is for their brunch experience. Been here twice now for that. Great service, ambiance, and taste. Last time we were here they didn’t have oysters for their seafood tower yet so they comped us with shrimp cocktail. Completely unexpected and so nice. Their service really is so great. They great you with a glass of champagne. The outdoor seating is amazing when it’s nice outside.

Prime is hands down one of my favorite spots, especially when I’m looking to treat myself after blowing a couple thousand at the casino. My go-to is The Tower — a seafood masterpiece stacked with Oysters on the Half Shell, King Crab, Jumbo Shrimp, and Yellowtail Carpaccio, all paired perfectly with cocktail sauce, Dijon mustard sauce, remoulade, and mignonette. For only $185, the amount and quality you get is honestly unbeatable for a seafood tower. Every bite is fresh, decadent, and exactly what I need to blow off some steam and enjoy the good life. This has become my ritual every time I hit the casino — Prime + The Tower = perfection.
