I Ordered chowmein with chicken. It was good. Came with extra rice. Wife ordered veg fried rice. It was not good at all. It was tastless.
We asked the server to make our food spicy and he added $1.5 extra. Not that i have a problem, but who charges for bumping up spice level by a notch?

Server was clueless and the general ambience wasnt good.
Will probably not come here again.

I came here for lunch and purchased the chicken and egg roll lunch special. The presentation of the food is top notch, the flavors of the chicken and egg roll were great! The sticky rice was the perfect texture and not too dry, but the vegetables are a little plain. The vegetables are simply steamed and have no oils or seasoning, not even salt.
The environment was nice, quiet music plays in the background, and the hanging lanterns are charming. Tables were all clean, and the air was also clean – no smell of cooking smoke or burning oil.
Finally, my server was fantastic. He ensured that I had everything I needed and had a pleasant attitude. The food was made and delivered to me very quickly. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience, clean environment, and good service, but the food could use a little improvement.

We had a lovely experience eating here. The serving sizes are HUGE!! Great bang for your buck. The food was very hot and tasty. We ordered the kung pao and honey garlic chicken (#26 and 27). The staff was kind and helpful. The vibes were great.

Overall this Happy Teriyaki is a great spot. Good tasting food and decent quantities. However, it does have its downfalls too from management and/or ownership. The dishes seem to be overpriced even with the nationwide inflation. And just recently some of the best combos just took a price hike without warning. All drinks are way over priced which force a person to not want to dine-in, or even support the business. If you do order drinks, do not plan on taking it with your leftovers as this business does not do beverage to go cups. They finally gave us a to go soup bowl for our soda as I doubt they would provide a refund for a barely touched fountain drink. The staff is very polite and does what they can to accommodate customers within their power, so again, remember management or owner are the ones responsible for the downfalls. Hopefully the employees will start to take a stand against management and then the owners to make prices fair again as this is not the restaurant type of place that truly warrants $60 for dinner for two. There is no atmosphere or experience here to warrant the over priced food. I cannot in good faith tell people to spend their hard earned money here as much as its costing each time.

I got Chicken Teriyaki with rice. It was $13-14. It was good! It was hot when served, excellent. Teriyaki sauce wasn’t too heavy, and none on the rice. But they have bottles of Teriyaki that you can get to put more on if you want. I thought this is a good idea! My only complaint is I think it was a little on the expensive side.

Service was fine. The staff were great to work with. I had no issues. They were very busy with to-go orders and people coming in to sit down.

So got take out, place seemed nice and staff was friendly. But the food is borderline tasteless and on the verge of bad. I’m gunna throw out my food and go get something else. Mcdonald’s is better.

Awesome food, Young was so kind and helpful.

Helpful note for management, there are upcharges in any industry. Maybe lots of customers don’t like paying for spice? But not mentioning the up charge before being charged for it, and I didn’t see any signs about spice up charges, so that borders on a contract violation at worst and a below standard experience for many customers at best. I know there have been times I didn’t tip your associates because I felt all the additional fees and price should justify you probably pay your employees well. I just think if your employees mentioned upcharges first they might get more tips, and you might have less sour reviews on your delicious eatery establishment.
