My firmed and i stopped by on our way home from a short day trip . She ordered an Italian sub which was very good, with great flavor. If you like extra sauce like definitely order an extra side, it was a little dry. I had the bacon ranch fries very good. The ranch are those fries was creamy and delicious. I honestly haven’t had a ranch taste like that! Services was great and The atmosphere is comfortable. It was close to the highway, which made things convenient. Oh yess can forget we ate for cheap it was $28 with two drinks. Not bad! We will definitely stop there again.

It is an interesting place. If you want your bread toasted on a hit sandwich you have to specifically request it. Definitely a niche thing that is very local oriented. The fries and coleslaw on the sandwich dont do it for me but ordering it without was much better. I got a tenderloin sandwich. Meat was cooked perfectly though it lacked any seasoning, which is standard for this area so not unexpected. A little S&P and it was fine. Lots of TVs for sports and the people inside were all very friendly and nice

I got the PB Reuben, which was pretty good. Definitely lots of meat. I would have preferred it grilled, instead of on toast. My son got the buffalo chicken sandwich, and said the chicken was a little dry. My other son got the pizza, which he enjoyed. Service was great. Overall a good experience.

Great local Pittsburgh restaurant pulls from mills tradition and great sport bar. I try to hit one of the chain anytime I’m in the area for work. Philly has Genos Pittsburgh has Primanti Bros.

Stopped at this location on 3-6-26 and sat at the bar with Kensey as our server. She was attentive and friendly. After having bad pizza three prior times we rolled the dice and ordered pizza again. We ordered a large and our three topping selection was pepperoni. We asked for pepperoni x3. In past pizza’s at this location we experienced limp and soggy crust. Today the crust was perfect , the only complaint is for 3x pepperoni, it was not enough. However, overall the pizza was great. I usually go to the Moon location due to their food always being great along with awesome service. With today’s experience, I will be more apt to going to Weirton more often if the pizza quality continues.

Quality compared to the strip district is less than impressive. Asked for an order toasted and was not. Not as to be rude, had to wait for them to make another. Should have reheated mine as well. FAR TOO LOUD!!! Need some sound absortion material. Very live sound, not condusive to a restaurant atmosphere. Will not be back .

Primanti Bros – A True Pittsburgh Classic
Primanti Bros is a must anytime we’re visiting family in the Pittsburgh area. This place is a real Steel City staple, and the food always delivers. I always go for the Original Pittsburger—seasoned beef stacked high and served “Primanti style” with fries and slaw right on the sandwich. It’s their #2 best seller for a reason.
We visited the Weirton location this time, but my first Primanti’s experience was at the famous Strip District spot downtown. Total Pittsburgh food moment. Fast service, big flavors, and a menu where you really can’t go wrong.
If you’re looking for a true taste of Pittsburgh, this is it.
Let’s go Black and Yellow!

We went to the Weirton Primanti’s for the first time this past week. I have been a long time fan frequenting various locations but wanted to give it some time after opening to work the kinks out (and for the crowd to fade down) before stopping by.
We got a table right away and although it wasn’t the quickest I’ve ever had, the service and cook time were very reasonable especially during their happy hour. Our food was delicious as always and we left stuffed full.
I had the southwest bean burger and my husband had some other type of meat burger with pastrami and bacon on it.

My best friend flew in from TX to celebrate my birthday with me. The place was not busy. Our server did not have any other tables. Yet, her services was still awful. She took our drink order then brought one glass of water back to the table for the 3 of us as we waited for our drinks from the bar…despite us all also asking for water.. When asked for a straw she said she didnt have one and would get some, took our food order, and walked away.
Another lady from the bar brought over our drinks several minutes later with water. The server went to check the empty table beside us. Presumably to check of they left a tip? We said excuse me and asked again for straws. She wandered off. Some time later, a gentlemen came and served us our luke warm food. My friend got up from the table, went to the bar, and got us straws. She came back 15-20 minutes later and asked if the food was okay. We said yes. She wandered off.
She came at the end with a receipt and as she sat it on the table said, “you didn’t want any more drinks, right?” We said no. She said, “you can pay me any time.” And wandered off..
Hands down the most bizarre interaction I’ve ever had with a server.
The women was easily over 40 years old.
This wasn’t just some kid who doesnt know any better.
It was an awful experience.
