We order takeout from here regularly, and it’s also our go to for catering. We usually get trays of meat and guacamole so guests can build their own tacos. Azteca supplies generous trays of rice, beans, tortillas, chips, salsas, and all the taco fixings. There’s always more than enough food, and our guests can’t stop complimenting it. The pricing is very reasonable as well!

Stopped in after a long day in the sun at the beach. This was the perfect spot. Staff was so kind and welcoming. The food was amazing. Huge portions and so fresh and tasty. I got a burrito and my wife got enchiladas. Saw food going to other tables and EVERYTHING looked awesome. Very reasonable prices too. Loved it!

If I could give them 10 stars I would! The food’s authentic, FRESH, and consistent! The service they provide is first class and always comes with a smile. Hands down the best Mexican food I’ve been able to find in Monmouth County after living here for 15 years.

Authentic and delicious food. A hidden gem where you can get great quality food in an unpretentious setting. Portions are generous and the ingredients tasted super fresh. Great value to boot. Our new favorite Mexican food at the Jersey Shore

We get takeout from Azteca at least once every two weeks and it’s always consistently great. Take out is ready within 15 minutes, fresh ingredients, big portions.

I wanted to share a photo of these delicious nachos as I couldn’t find any photos when I went to order! It comes with selection of meat, beans, onions, peppers, cheese, and two sauces. The meat was tender and the chips were warm and crunchy. Will try to stop by soon to try something else!

Food is delicious and fresh, big portions and really good prices. During summer they have so good drinks (aguas frescas). The owners are very nice.

This is definitely a mom and pop store front. But what it lacks in ambiance it makes up for in flavor. We had the pico de gayo. A little heavy on the cilantro and light on tomato but the side sauces were tasty. I had a chorizo burrito; my wife had the chicken. We both loved them. They were huge, stuffed and balanced with meat, rice and gooey cheese. Side rice and beans were very good. Service was a little slow. Highly recommended.

From the verde & rojas, to the al pastor, to the chicken mole… Phenomenal. Would like to keep this hidden gem to myself, but it’s too good not to share
