We had a lovely dinner. Honest opinion: my friend said he expected a bit more food for the prices. My oysters were delicious but my wine tasted a lil old. It was a good time.

For a fine dining experience, we left sick and disappointed.
No valet parking provided. Upon initial welcoming through the door, we were not asked to check our coats.
The atmosphere felt like a hotel lobby. Tables set with wrinkled and creased tablecloths. Lighting was not intimate.

“Enjoy a 5-course Chef’s Tasting Menu paired with Wines by our in-house Sommelier. Each course is a unique dish, created by our culinary team for your enjoyment”
Server did not provide paired wines until prompted. Asparagus ends still attached and tough to cut. We were made to feel like afterthought guests after being notified that a party was upstairs stating the kitchen was taking longer than normal. Steak was flavorless.
None of the meals provided were intriguing to the palette. The food did not taste quite right and my significant other fell ill after the second course of lobster bisque.
With so many other great fine dining options in Tulsa, we will not be returning here.

We had a lovely dinner at Phryme for our last night in Tulsa. The service was great from the moment we walked in til we left. The ambiance was nice and intimate.
We ordered a variety of appetizers to start. With most of the items being seafood, I opted for the tenderloin beef with mushrooms. Wow, it was amazing and the mushrooms were so delicious. When it came time to order our steaks, I wanted the same mushrooms they served from the tenderloin appetizer but, instead, they served large portabella slices with a deep red wine base. It was fine but I really wanted the other mushrooms.
Overall, everyone seemed to enjoy their dishes and drinks. I ordered a refreshing mocktail since it was super hot outside. It was great! Definitely one the best eats I had in Tulsa.

*Review for bar side only* I arrived on a Monday for their happy hour, which you have to because it fills up early. There was already a line when I got there 10 min prior to opening and they filled up within 10 minutes afterwards. Thank goodness they have seating at the bar top and bar tables. It was only me and I sat at the bar top. They have certain drinks and food on special prices for happy hour. It did take a minute for the bartender to attend to me because of the high volume of people that just came in but they did at least acknowledge me. I started with a strawberry kiss cocktail & it was very good. I went with the beef medallions with arugula. (Which on Monday happy hour is half off) I asked for Pittsburgh medium rare style & they said they’d tried. It did not come out that way but they still were able have the correct cooking temp. Nonetheless, it was very delicious. The arugula & mushrooms also cooked perfectly & was a complimented the medallions wonderfully. I then finished it off with another drink, basic gin gimlet, which was done well. Food and service was great. My only issue with my visit was, while I was finishing up my dining experience. The manger came to ask if would move over to one of the empty seats that was on either side of me. Which I did so that I didn’t seem like a jerk but I do like some space between myself and other guest. Their policy is that you have to wait in the waiting area for seats to open up in bar area. Well I understand the business aspect of it but also the guest visit should be more of a priority. Especially since I don’t to get out often because I’m usually at my job in a restaurant; and to ask a guest to move is very inconsiderate. Even when I worked at a fine dining restaurant, we never asked or even allowed to ask a guest to move even in the bar area. Where I’m at now it is a very last resort and even so I’d get a round of drinks or something for the inconvenience. But other than this, I would recommend & would return.

I want to eat here every day, every meal. Other restaurants sell the top 10% of the best beef. Prhyme serves the top 1% of the best beef available in the world. I am incredibly impressed. I got the steak frites with bone morrow whipped butter. I’ve never had a better steak in my life. Anywhere in America. Absolutely perfect serving size. Best part – it was only $33. I split the bread pudding with a friend, it was so good and such a large serving. I would never have been able to finish that on my own. For both that and the steak on a Monday night, I paid $38 after tax & tip! Prhyme, you win. Best of the best.

My wife and I ate here for our anniversary and it was spectacular. The service was great,we had reservations and were seated promptly. The waiter recommended a wine that is now the only wine my wife will drink (sour gal) it’s a very sweet wine almost like a Riesling. I ordered the lamb and it was absolutely perfect,my wife ordered the chicken and she enjoyed it very much. It was a wonderful night,a very fine dinning experience.

My wife and I came for a birthday dinner recently and they provided a free desert, which was very nice of them to do. The waiter recommended the carrot cake-which did not disappoint. It was probably the best carrot cake I have ever had. The same with the wedge salad with bacon and bleu cheese. The 16 oz. Ribeye steak with bleu cheese cooked med. rare was among the best I’ve also ever had. We did show up early at 4:30PM and we were the only ones there for about 30 minutes or so, so it was very quiet, since we had the entire restaurant to ourselves for a little while. The music playing was at low volume and instrumental swing/big band style, which was relaxing. The table had while table cloth with black cloth napkins. The drink that I had was excellent as well and the glass of cabernet that I had with the steak. We’ll certainly be back again soon.

The food was phenomenal! There was absolutely nothing negative I can say about this place. We went here on the spur of the moment and weren’t disappointed. The lump crab rissotto was delicious, my husband steak was cooked perfectly, seasoned just as perfectly, and melted like butter in the mouth. My salmon was flaky, moist, and delectable. The cheesecake was good, but not the best I’ve ever had. We will be returning.

I just realized I did not leave a review after eating here in November. It was really good. We live in Dallas and have many great restaurants but I have been craving Prhyme for months now! I took my daughter and her cousin to the Billie Eilish concert and needed something to do while they were there and we stayed at the Marriott so it was very close. The food was very good. I tried many things and will be craving it all until I make my way to Tulsa from Dallas again.

While waiting for our luggage the other day, Olivia spotted an advertisement for Prhyme Steakhouse…it stood out for its spelling then we saw the images and it looked tasty so we called and made a reservation…we thought we’d be underdressed but when they called to confirm the reservation they assured me we would be welcome no problem…Again, Olivia surprised me with her palette by choosing fried escargot! I think the live octopus she ate over the weekend was the catalyst for all these new food adventures! Food was delicious, service was great! Our server got into the weeds a bit with a couple of big tables but his peers stepped in and made sure we were taken care of…when our server came back and apologized I told him we wanted for nothing and his team had his back…if you’re in the area, check them out! Olivia had the 6pm filet with potatoes au gratin and asparagus while I had the wedge and French onion soup…
