We had a lovely evening meal on a busy Friday evening. Glad we pre-booked! Our waitress was very friendly and was able to recommend a drink for our daughter. The food came out quickly and was very tasty. We didn’t have time for pudding but would love to come back!

My girlfriend and I booked a table at Prezzo specifically because we received a promotional email offering 50% off food. This was for her birthday dinner. We walked to the restaurant, were seated, and only at that point discovered the offer was not valid at this location.
We had no choice but to leave without eating and spend what should have been a special evening scrambling to make alternative plans.
The offer restrictions were not communicated in the email. They were buried behind a link at the very bottom, on an external page, in small print. The email itself was written and designed to read as a broadly applicable offer. That is not an accident — that is a deliberate choice made by a marketing team that knew exactly what they were doing.
To send a voucher to customers near ineligible restaurants, with no clear upfront disclosure, is manipulative. To have that land on someone’s birthday dinner is beyond frustrating. There is no version of this where Prezzo’s marketing team didn’t know the offer was misleading — they simply decided it didn’t matter.
I will not be returning, and I’d strongly urge anyone who receives promotional emails from Prezzo to treat them with extreme scepticism. The staff on the night were not at fault — but the brand has shown it cannot be trusted.

Food was beautifully presented and tasted amazing! Staff were very pleasant and friendly! I unfortunately didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he went above any beyond with his customer service and is a credit to the restaurant!

First time at this Prezzo in Bath, and the staff were definitely on it that day. We arrived with our dog and within moments they had brought out a water bowl – very impressive… later on when a family with a small child arrived they were out with a high chair before the family had even sat down – that is exemplary service.
The staff were attentive through the meal, and not intrusive, and we were not rushed out at the end to make way for other people – we had time to enjoy a very tasty coffee, a good roast they use!
The crab pasta was very tasty, the specials were just that – special. The food was fresh and flavoursome.
Somewhere to come to again.

We had a super meal here. The food was excellent quality with tasty flavours and good portion sizes. Layla, our waitress was outstanding – friendly, efficient & helpful…and a fantastic Rock Paper Scissors player! We didn’t win our dessert but had alot of fun trying. Thankyou Layla for making our visit so easy and enjoyable.

Pre booked online quite last minute, thankfully the restaurant was able to accommodate. Food was delicious but more importantly the service from Victoria was second to none. I visited Prezzo with my wife on a Friday evening. We had a three course meal here thanks to a voucher and had a wonderful time. Ivana and the team were very friendly, food was tasty and hot, portion sizes were great and there a lovely atmosphere. I would definitely recommend a visit!
