In 1991 in downtown Frederick, MD it started with a pretzel. Soft, warm, covered with butter and sprinkled with salt. The perfect snack. After that, pretzel calzones stuffed with cheese, fresh produce and premium meats. Then we introduced pretzel pizza (and we haven’t been able to find it anywhere else). Pretzel sandwiches and pretzel wrapped hot dogs swiftly followed with creative toppings and new ingredients. For 27 years, we have been committed to serving fresh, quality food in a casual environment. We are also committed to serving our customers like our family because most of the people behind the counter are family! In 2015 we opened our 2nd location in downtown Hagerstown, MD!

We came in to eat dinner with our kids and some friends of ours (who also have kids). We arrived at 7:30, even though the business was only open until 8. The staff was extremely accommodating to the fact that we had some hungry kids with us. The food was made quickly, tasted great and a great time was had by all. I cannot recommend this business enough. Kids love the food, and adults love the atmosphere (and food)!

We stopped by on a whim and enjoyed every bite! The pizza was fantastic and the cinnamon sugar donuts were yum! Wish we would have stayed for kids make your own pizza night…sounded fun! Yummy place to grab a bite and the service was great.

Good food. Great service but could do a little better cleaning. Looks like they dont change the mop bucket water the baseboards were very dirty from dirty mop water. There was something splashed on the wall and never cleaned up.

I love the food here. I have been to the Frederick location also, but this is much better. Food can sometimes take a little bit to make but it’s all freshly prepared. The front counter staff taking your order is typically so so, but the people making the food are great.

I LOVE this place! They make my FAVORITE pizza of all time. Such a unique and delicious recipe. The Hagerstown and Fredrick stores are consistent in their orders, but definitely prefer this one for the more open seating. The stuffed pretzels are also pretty tasty too.

The food is good. HOWEVER when I visited this location the young girl at the counter was very rude! I ordered ahead for pick up. When I got there I waited another 15 mins. I asked The girl how much longer and she sucked her teeth looking very annoyed and told me in a loud tone “you’ll have it soon”. She then turned to her coworker and said in front of me “now she’s gonna wait even longer IDK”. I’m done! Never again! It’s sad how all it takes is ONE rude worker to turn people away completely! After waiting a total of 35 mins for tiny order than getting attitude…. as a regular reviewer skip this place guys.

Must Eat. Came in right after five pm on a Tuesday A Great look and Great food made to order. Perfect spot after a long days work if your in the mode for a relaxing dinner, a quick bite, and/or a stiff drink. This will be one of my go to spots moving forward.
