Had an excellent meal here. Chicken is excellently fried and spice levels are as advertised. The price is good value given the fact that it’s in Park City.
The manager, Justin, was doing a good job keeping everything moving during a busy period.
My only suggestion might be that they could use one additional staff member to help clean tables and clear garbage.
Looking forward to visiting again soon!

First off, the food was Great! Huge portions, full of flavor, and it arrived quickly.
What really stood out to me, though, was the owner. I witnessed him handle a situation with a customer who couldn’t pay, and he treated them with genuine respect and kindness. All he asked in return good review. That moment spoke volumes about his character.
The restaurant was clean, well-run, and welcoming, and the owner’s professionalism truly impressed me. Whether or not that customer leaves a great rating, I certainly will. I’ll definitely be back.

This place is all about fried chicken and they do it right. The chicken was super crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and clearly made fresh. The seasoning was on point, and the portions were generous for the price.
The staff was friendly and the atmosphere relaxed, which made the experience even better.
I told myself I would “just try a little”… and somehow ended up eating the whole thing without any regrets. That chicken had other plans for me
If you’re craving good fried chicken and a casual, enjoyable experience, this spot is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be back (with more self-control… or maybe not).

Pretty bird is incredible! This location in particular is second to none because of the manager there, Danny! I’ve been here 3 times, and he always takes the time to give recommendations, answer questions, etc! My first time in, he even told me the story of the owner, how he’s been on food network multiple times, how he’s beaten Bobby Flay TWICE, etc… All 3 times I’ve been there, Danny has given me something to enhance my experience, like extra sauce, or this time, an incredible corn salad with chick peas and other deliciousness! I recommend their Sandwich. It’s GINORMOUS, and so good! If you like a little heat, Medium is perfect! The slaw is tangy and delicious, and the pickles snap and add incredible texture. I love this place, and will 100% be back as often as possible! Whoever is in charge, make sure Danny gets a raise, he absolutely deserves it!

My husband and I recently stopped by to have lunch here. The chicken sandwich was TO DIE FOR (Crispy and juicy), and the crinkle-cut fries were perfection. Love the customizable heat levels – I went for “Hot Behind” and it did NOT disappoint. My husband ordered the Mexican street corn salad and the Pretty Bird Chili Garlic Nuggets and they were equally as amazing. Huge shoutout to Danny, the manager, who was SO nice, helpful, and welcoming! Made our experience top-notch. Modern vibe, self-service ordering, and chef-driven quality (shoutout to Chef Viet Pham!) we can’t wait to go back!

Anyone rates that’s less than a five doesn’t have any business rating. This food was incredible. The best chicken tenders I’ve ever had in my life and the heat is spot on. The french fries are crispy and delicious. This was my first time in and I will be back a million times more because of people like Danny. He called me out by name to give me my drink and was servicing the restaurant the entire time. What an amazing experience and for an outstanding price too! If you are in Park City or in the valley, you have to go to pretty bird.

This place is bomb.com! It was our first time here and the whole family enjoyed their sandos. My 2 teen kids said it was the best chicken sandwich they’ve ever had- and that’s saying a LOT!
Price point is pretty good for the massive chicken sandwich and fries. And cabbage was amazing and complimented the sandwich fabulously. Perfect amount of spice for me (I ordered medium). We ordered the chicken strips for the toddler, and he loved them.
Service was awesome and staff is friendly (shoutout to Danny and Isaac), the place is super clean, vibe is chill, and the bonus for me? I got to listen to John Denver in the background while I ate my Sando ✌ Not bad for a Thursday dinner!

Had a business lunch here. Very clean interior. Great service! We were having difficulty placing our order and Danny was able to take care of the issue for us. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the flavor was spot on!

3 stars because my chicken and fries were room temperature…the food came fast…too fast hahah. Next time keep them closer to the heat lamp or make me some fresh food! Also they charge for sauce which I think is a crime.

Pretty Bird in Park City never disappoints — the food is exceptional as always, and the place is spotless. You can tell they take real pride in what they do, and it shows in both the taste and cleanliness.
I want to give a special shoutout to Danny (I believe he’s the manager). I had accidentally placed an order at the wrong location over the phone, but Danny went above and beyond to make things right. He personally contacted the other location and ensured we got our order in Park City without any hassle. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire visit memorable.
Danny was not only helping customers but also making sure the entire space was clean and running smoothly the whole time we were there. That level of service is rare these days.
