I had an amazing visit at Pret A Manger thanks to the exceptional team. Freddo, the store manager, truly sets the tone—professional, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to keeping everything running smoothly. You can tell the store operates at a high standard because of his leadership.
A special shout-out to Judah, hands down the best associate there. His customer service is unmatched—friendly, patient, and genuinely personable. He made the entire experience feel warm and inviting.
The store is clean, the service is quick, and the team is top-tier. This Pret location is easily one of the best because of people like Freddo and Judah. Highly recommend!

I know this place is pricey and I know what I’m getting when I patronize this place. If I’m in a rush I may stop by. My issue is with the service the 100 Church St. location. The women that work here are some of the most unprofessional people I have come across at this chain. They yelling across the counter to the kitchen. One actually screamed from the kitchen, “I told you I don’t want to make coffee!”. No one was making coffee for anyone while the other woman took orders. The “Manager” was on her phone. Someone took another person’s order and was upset she had to make another coffee. I had already paid or I would have walked out. They all look annoyed to be there and then give a half-hearted “Have a nice day”. I suppose they know to do that much. It seems like this is a case of people working too long with one another and being unprofessional is the norm. This location is a hard NO for me.

You can tell that everything is high quality, but the prices are pretty outrageous. I was shocked to see that my egg sandwich and chai latte rang up as nearly $16. You get what you pay for I guess.

If you are going for a coffee or for desserts this is the spot to go. The chai tea latte during cold weather is better than other food chains. Also their almond croissants are fabulous! The sandwiches not so much they are just as regular as anywhere else.

Great for a quick bite. Items are prepared fresh. Had the Bang Bang Chicken wrap with Organic Green Tea as a beverage. Very tasty. The wrap Sweet chili mayo and Asian dressing drizzled over grilled chicken, with shredded carrots & daikon radishes, cucumber and red onions, rolled into a whole grain tortilla wrap.

There’s fresh deli food and ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT JUICE. The strawberry lemonade is amazing. I ordered an iced mocha with regular milk and it was hands down the best mocha of my life. I ordered a second one and told the barista the mocha was amazing and he offered to put in some vanilla syrup to make it even better. Honestly the atmosphere is super chill and nice and the people were so friendly! They also have pick up services

I went into this place to sit down and needed to use the restroom. The bathrooms were locked, so I asked the cashier for the door code. She told me I had to buy something first. I explained that we were planning to order, but I really needed to use the restroom immediately. Still, she refused and said I had to purchase first. Honestly, it felt like I was trying to talk to an animal.

Good fresh food and beverages. Staff are welcoming. It gets pretty busy around lunch hour. There is a lot of construction going on nearby which makes they place noisy.
