This is absolutely crazy to be served this. I understand avocados brown quickly, but this isn’t brown this is BLACK. It even transferred to the bread. All I wanted was a Chipotle Avocado Sandwich

I personally love panera bread and have for the longest time, I live in the Yulee area and happily drive 30 minutes to go to this specific store. The team is amazing, very considerate and personable. I’m unsure of his name but the guy who usually cashes me out always strikes up amazing conversations. I hope you all see this and read this, I love this crew, and I hope they keep up the great consistency!!

Love panera bread! Their food is so good and honestly they have a lot of good deals, especially in the app! During the summer you get free drinks DAILY! My favorite of there’s is the broccoli and cheddar soup! Their lemonades are very good too! 100% recommend trying them, I don’t think you’ll regret it! Very very good food. Sandwiches are good too! And desserts so very good! Overall impression is very relaxed place.

I ordered a chicken Caesar salad to go. I got in the car & started driving with my family only to realize there was NO dressing on my salad & no Caesar packet in my bag. Now I’m eating chicken & lettuce. PLEASE pay attention when filling orders especially for “to go” customers. SO disappointed!!

You cannot go wrong here. My kids be this place and I love bread
They have never gotten my order wrong. They serve it quickly and hot.
Only issue I ever had was there were no cups in the size we ordered and when I asked for a cup a member remarked this is not chipotle to me from behind the counter.
Besides that again good food , quick service, delicious product and it makes my kids happy .

Ordered chicken bacon sandwich that was supposed to have guacamole and they didn’t have any. Over $3 for a small drink and iced tea was bad and chips were awful. My husband and I paid over $33 for sandwiches, drinks and chips/brioche. Not worth it. The atmosphere was plain and cold. It didn’t seem very clean or stocked either.

Decent food, pricey for what you’re getting. Cashier we’ve had every time doesn’t seem like they want to be there, doesn’t ask if you’re ready to order, didn’t seem to want to answer our questions or help us clarify any confusion, after taking payment didn’t offer receipt. Only one person In the kitchen area seemed happy to help when we had an issue with our order (both recent visits), all others seemed intent on avoiding chance of making eye contact. And I’m not one to complain in general. We were just new so asking questions, we didn’t know what things were or who to ask about issues with the order.
We were also given an alert device for when our food was ready and it was not used to alert us, instead our name was called out.
Our most recent visit we did the ordering on the nearby tablets since there was already a line at the cashier (eventually a 2nd cashier came to assist by starting another line). We opted for the text alert when food was ready which was helpful.
Overall, if you plan to go, go with someone already familiar with the menu & what everything is vs trying to ask staff.
Or maybe download the app and familiarize yourself with the items ahead of time & order ahead or order on the dining room tablets.
The stars given are simply for the food being edible & for the one person who seemed to want the business to do well.

The worst Panera I’ve been to by far! We ordered at the register and no one said they didn’t have chips. Then, while waiting for our food to be made the person bagging it up said they didn’t have chips. I noticed him saying that to the other 2 customers in front of us waiting for their food. I said to the guy that it might be a good idea to let the girl at the sales register know that you are out of chips so people don’t find out when they pick up their food. He said that they just ran out. That was a lie. Now, getting to the food we ordered….. I got a French onion soup and there is no cheese or croutons in it. Secondly, an older gentleman asked if they had any soup spoons (he and his wife were eating in the restaurant). The same guy said that they ran out. Really??? Couldn’t you wash a spoon for the customer?!? Avoid this Panera everyone. Seriously….
