I’ve always been a simple butter-and-syrup waffle person, but this place completely won me over. My family and I tried four different waffle combinations, and every single one was amazing. Starting off with customer service…..I can’t recall her name but I was here today at noon time . The young lady had a very sub par attitude. Interacted as if she didn’t wanted to take the time to make menu suggestions. I informed her this was my first time at the establishment. Her voice was barely audible and mind you the atmosphere wasn’t loud. No menu suggestions, body language was drab, as if she was resenting engaging. I took my time ordering. The items on the menu looked so good. I actually didn’t see anything that wasn’t appeasing. I ordered the waffle with 2 regular tenders which cane topped with powdered sugar, bacon crumbles, drizzled maple syrup. Fluffy waffles with a distinct taste of what I would describe as “smoked brown sugar”. Definitely returning to taste the “house waffle ” varieties.

Really nice place. The concept is perfect for people who love coffee (they’ve got a Starbucks-style drink menu) and want to try freshly made food with really good flavor. The breakfast bomb is delicious and has a great sweet and savory contrast. The place is super quiet in the mornings since it’s inside an office building. Overall, a really good spot if you want to break the routine and try a variety of waffles.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a long time and today I finally had it. I decided on “The House” prepared by Danny. Every bite was delicious, sweet but not overwhelming and just enjoyable with every bite. Thank you again Danny for such a great treat!

Inside the food hall. This place is fantastic! Waffle creations do not need any syrup and the two that we tried were perfectly made: soft, some crisp caramelized edges, and perfectly blended with savory ingredients. We got a monte Cristo-ish one and the sausage something one. Delish! My pucture doesn’t do it justice. Plus, food cout seating in cool chairs was nice.

Waffles were good, service was fine,when we went for breakfast only one employee was working. We were actually impressed in his speed of fulfilling orders. The only negative was the atmosphere, eerily quiet and humid.

DELICIOUS!!! On vacation and looking for a breakfast place! Loved the SOUTHERN BELLE the best but ice cream waffle sandwich, make your own with fresh strawberries and the Nashville Hot we’re fantastic too. Sooooo good! Couldn’t find it originally but went into the Lyric Market and passed tons of food options. All the way to the back and worth it!! Great service! Fast, crispy, savory and filled with Belgian pearl sugar!!!
