This place has a criminal for delivery driver he wrote on the receipt after I told the the lady that answered the phone make it a even $20 after she ask about the tip. they were very rude. The driver force his self in my home when I refused to sign because he the one that wrote on the receipt. He got aggressive and keep pushing my door, I got it on camera I had to call the cops he throw the pizza in the street, and made a scene, I contacted the place they were rude and told me I’m not getting my refund unless I send the pizza back I told them he threw it in the street I also told them I paid for it and I don’t have it because he took it and curse me out. He was extremely aggressive he keep pushing his self through my door scaring my son I had to push the door shut for him to get out and here is the copy of the receipts he signed, I contacted the place they refused to help of give his name they try to say they have a issue before when I only other from them twice and they were no issues we also just purchase this house so it’s impossible. Please don’t other from them.

This place does it right. The pizza is excellent with a crisp, airy crust and balanced sauce, clearly made with care. They use unbleached, unbromated flour, which really shows in the flavor and gives the crust a cleaner, lighter feel without that heavy, over-processed taste.

We order from here all the time, and the chick that picks up the phone always sounds miserable and is always rude. And then the food? Pizza here is great, wings are great, but the sandwiches? Do not get a damn chicken grinder. Chicken is rubbery, bread is soggy, its not even worth the money at this point. Id rather go to freakin Subway.

We have ordered from this establishment for several years and have always loved it! However, the last 4 times we’ve ordered from there, the food was dried up, over cooked and sad. Very embarrassing because we usually are ordering party sized pizzas because we’re having company.
Tonight we tried again. My daughter ordered a party sized BBQ chicken pizza. I picked it up on the way home. When we tasted it, there was absolutely no BBQ sauce at all on it. It was also supposed to have onions, but there was not even a spec. The pizza tasted like chicken parm. There was a hint of spaghetti sauce, there was a hint of cheese and it was over cooked again!
When she called, she was told she could eat it or bring it back. I mentioned that I picked it up on my way home and now had to go back out into the snow. I asked if they can send a delivery person here with the correct pizza and I would give them this garbage one. They’ve delivered here quite often, so I know it wasn’t too much to ask. We also had an issue a few years ago and that’s what happened. When we order a few years ago, they were also VERY custom service oriented. Today, they could not care less. I did not demand a refund, I only wanted the pizza we payed for. Our ticket said BBQ, extra chicken & extra sauce. All we got was disappointment.
We will never recommend or go to them again. I am not sure if they are under new management, but the way their food looks and tastes and their lack of customer service says that they don’t care. I am done with them.

I don’t like spreading negativity and try to address things professionally and privately but the clear disregard today was disappointing. I’ve always loved the salads here but I wish they would work on their customer service- and by the looks of the reviews, I’m not the only one. Mistakes happen, we’re human, however, the woman I encountered today when I addressed that my salad was made incorrectly was dismissive and sharp in tone. When I attempted to politely address her in person about her customer service she was extremely defensive. Even if there was some misunderstanding or that wasn’t her intention, a simple acknowledgement would have been sufficient. If you want your customers to feel valued and continue to look to you for service treat them that way. My experience resulted in me asking for a refund and most likely never returning.

Okayyy here me out, the ONLY pizza shop that still makes every single thing from scratch using high quality ingredients. Theyve been open for nearly 40 years for a reason yall. Ignore the bad reviews. Theyre a staple and the pizza is SO good. Their wings are bomb. And order a grilled chicken sammie with red onions and jalepenos. Also, theyre in a tough area so they deal with a lot of crap and they always have a tough time finding the right service ladies. Just try it.

I’ve had pizza works a few times over the years, but was pretty disappointed in their food today, had a chicken cutlet grinder, and the lettuce was not at all fresh and wilted, chicken tasted like it was left over from yesterday.. pretty upsetting and had to throw it out, but doesn’t mean I won’t order from them again. Just hopefully they’ll be more mindful with checking food and ingredients.

They used to have the best calzones, but I ordered a couple recently and the quality had really declined and I was very disappointed, maybe they have somebody new working in the kitchen, they really skimped on the filling this time, however, they have very fast delivery, perhaps they’ll read this review and start putting more filling in their calzones

The food is good but service plays a big role in your businesses success I really think you should be considerate of the customer service aspect . Passive aggressive behavior towards a paying customer shouldn’t be tolerated and I been eating there for years and both times I ordered recently was a terrible experience and for that I hope you guys make some changes and also charging a minimum 5 dollar charge on card just seems inconsiderate it’s 2026 barely anyone carries cash on the nowadays
