The Prescott Steak House did a phenomenal job hosting our corporate Holiday Party! We received amazing service from every employee. The management worked with us to stay within our budget and the food was fabulous! Most of our guests chose the prime rib (including myself) and it was excellent! I heard great reviews of the salmon and the cinnamon pound cake was the perfect ending to a great meal. I can’t express enough thanks to every one who made our party a success! We will definitely be back… a new tradition.

First time we’ve been in two years and it was an excellent dinning experience. Food was well prepared and served in a timely fashion, with great service by all the staff. Our party ordered fish and chips, baby back ribs, and the new york steak and we’re all more than satisfied. Everything was cooked to order, including the well-done steak. Would recommend.

Have been a loyal customer every time I am in town. 3 times a year. This will be the last visit. All other visits exceeded my expectations but this last one left me feeling very disappointed. My wifes burger was ordered medium well and came rare with a bloody bun. My wife was grossed out. We asked them to cook it more so the waitress stomped off with it. Brought it back well done with the same blood soaked bun. Then she seemed to be upset we complained about it. She said she would ASK the cook to make a new one but by that time my wife lost her appetite and said to just take it back. The manager came over and said she was sorry and she would take it off the bill (duh). From that point on the waitress did not stop by the table to check on drinks or if we needed anything, RUDE. She dropped off our check and walked away..So we will walk away with our business and eat elsewhere.

We went for dinner…..so good we went back today for breakfast. April 2013. Friendly staff.. great food…. good portions…… would highly recommend and looking forward to going back next time we are in Prescott!
