Cute dessert spot that feels reminiscent of classic HK/TW dessert shops. We came on a Saturday night and were seated right away—no wait. It’s largely a self-service experience (ordering straight from the menu and servers are basically just runners).

Prices are a little on the high side, but kudos to them for delivering dishes that actually look like the photos. Therefore, there are plenty of Instagram-worthy items for those looking for that! Good experience, but not necessarily a repeatable one.

(For taste, I do recommend the mango/grape dessert – though that’s not as unique as the other items).

No service or whatsoever but the desserts are really delicious, this place is a typical Hong Kong style dessert place where is simple and sketchy but provides excellent food. The mango rice roll is innovative and something to try once; the Snow White has a rich creamy taste which I highly recommend going with their homemade taro balls. All in all, it’s a place I would always come visit!

The place is clean and cozy. The dessert is great and definitely worth the wait.

There is no display case & no physical menus, just QR codes to order. No menu items clarify the main ingredients (even as a Chinese American, many ingredients listed I’ve never heard of) & some items don’t have any pics. For ex. no sandwiches have pics & one said “meat sandwich” but didn’t list which meat (it was spam). The matcha quartet was basically a boba matcha latte topped with red beans & unsweetened matcha shaved ice; little liquid. My cousin ordered a tea thinking it’d be iced but it was hot. It appeared 1 worker did everything (cashier, barista, cook). $20 min. for card.
The purple yam pancake was good but not worth the headache. They should show pride in their menu but instead it’s a gamble for the customer.

I recently tried this dessert, and it was absolutely delightful! The flavors were perfectly balanced—just the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering. The texture was light and airy, making each bite a melt-in-the-mouth experience. It was beautifully presented, almost too pretty to eat!

I used to frequent this place more before the pandemic. Recently, I visited with some out-of-town friends after dinner to have dessert. I realized they must have changed ownership, as the place now uses simplified Chinese instead of traditional Chinese. They have also transitioned to offering the menu only through a QR code for online ordering.

We ordered coconut jelly, mango pancake, almond tea mixed with black sesame, strawberry toast, and herbal jelly with taro ice-cream. Interestingly, they ran out of coconut jelly, but no one informed us until we received two of the orders and wondered why the strawberry toast and coconut jelly hadn’t arrived. Upon inquiring, they explained that the strawberry toast was on its way, but they were out of coconut jelly. We questioned why they didn’t inform us shortly after we placed the order. That’s not good service. We would have been willing to replace it with something else, but after the wait, we didn’t want to bother waiting any longer.

This is not a place I will bring my friends to anymore. I would rather go to Sweethoney Dessert.

I got Grass Jelly#3, exchanging Aloe with Mini Balls. I wish there were hot options available since it was a windy, cold night but I understand why all the desserts were cold.

My mom and I are long-time customers (over 5 years!) of this one-of-a-kind dessert cafe. Every time we’ve been here, we’ve had a great experience. The owner is nice, and they have a wide variety of delightful Hong-Kong/Cantonese styled desserts, drinks, and snacks (E.g. curry fish balls, chicken wings, sandwiches).

One of my favorite elements, especially since I was little, is the distinct decor. They have a wish tree, which is a unique structure where customers can write their wishes, thoughts, or draw a sketch on a cute paper tag, and tie it to a branch. Think of it like a tree with colorful thoughts as leaves. They also have little messages in a bottle suspended in a row on the wall, and it’s really beautiful. We truly highly recommend this restaurant, and that means a lot because we practically never write reviews!

I should not have gotten the durian roll, it tasted really good but I did not like the taste of the fruit, it was my first time trying durian. The mango roll was really amazing. They have a wide variety of drinks and desserts here. Definitely coming back for more.
