Went here for our wedding anniversary dinner on a friday night. Luckily we had a reservation as the place was quite packed when we walked thru the door.

Today was my first time at Prasino. I’ve been hearing about the lobster omelette for over five years, and today I finally got to try it. It was very good, and the banana bread French toast was pretty amazing. HOWEVER, the excellence of the food was overshadowed by the fly infestation. We were seated in the second section of the restaurant behind a wall, a good distance from the door. At least three flies were divebombing our food and buzzing around us during the entire meal. It was unsettling, distracting, and frustrating, as we were swatting at them while trying to enjoy our food. We made the waitress aware of the situation, and she removed a fly that my husband had killed and was beneath his water glass. She told us that another diner had encountered a similar issue at the restaurant last night as well. She did not bring the manager to our table or offer any relief. Additionally, the menu on their website is clearly very outdated. It lists the price for the lobster omelette at $18. It was quite shocking to see on the menu at the restaurant that it was $28. We spent over $100 for this breakfast with uninvited and unsanitary guests. Additionally, we had reservations and there were two girls working at the desk when we arrived. Neither looked up or acknowledged us for about five minutes. Definitely not the review I had hoped to be able to give.

It’s a nice fine dining experience. On our most recent visit we went for breakfast, a bit pricey for what we got, could’ve gotten very similar items and flavor a few blocks away for a fraction of the price but again it’s a nice experience. Definitely recommend if bringing someone from out of town for a nice dinner.

My food was amazing! I got the Prasino cakes which is 3 pancakes with butter and syrup on the side. They tasted homemade and not too sweet either which I loved! I got a side of eggs that I could tell were very fresh. I love that Prasino gets their produce from local farms and I was happy to support a restaurant that values sustainability!

Food was good until I saw the price for the special on the bill. No 10 ounce steak for a special should cost $75. Restaurant was very loud and hard to hear normal conversation. Waiter maybe visited our table 2 outside of ordering food and paying over the course of over an hours stay.

I don’t recommend sitting at the bar. The blonde female bartenders are nice but don’t come by at all making it hard to get the bill or a even straw. I recommend sitting outside, service as always been excellent. I got the stuffed French toast and it was very good! I also got the bourbon smash and was genuinely surprised at home much I enjoyed it!

Great spot for a Sunday outing. They have an array of drinks to choose from including green juices. Veg out omelet was delicious with even amounts of ingredients not overloaded with cheese like other places. I would come back just to get The cappuccino. Our server was really pleasant. Felt safe dining outdoors here.

Love everything about this place! I’ve been here a handful of times for different occasions (mostly birthday dinners) and each time the menu has been different, so I’m assuming it’s seasonal. What doesn’t change is the impeccable service and delectable food. Always ask your server about their off-menu options or you might miss out on something truly inspired (i.e. wood-fired scallop, mushroom, and pecorino risotto. YUM.) Also, be sure to closely peruse their extensive wine list. While many of their offerings are by bottle only, several can be purchased by the glass if you enjoy variety. I would describe their cocktail selections as elevated twists on classic options. The Spiced Maple Old Fashioned and El Pepino were among my favorites during our last visit. The atmosphere ranges from romantic to business casual. Personally, I would not bring children here. It is suitable for a nice dinner with business associates, a date night, or adult-only celebration. Their brunch is next on my list to try!
