Justin and Janna Peterson founded the Peterson Provisioning Co. in Feb of 2023. They have set out to impact the hospitality industry through uncompromised care of their teams and guests alike. Justin and Janna (or JP2) have 3 amazing children and are from right here in New Hampshire. One of my favorite places to go when in the area. All the food I’ve tried thus far has been delicious. They make proper burgers too, not that pre-pattied or frozen nonsense. I’ve yet to try anything that was not good here, which is really saying something given most food in New Hampshire generally leaves much to be desired.
Their drinks are 5 out of 5 for sure. My absolute favorite is the Key Lime Martini, I hope they keep this on the menu! It’s such a treat. Their Espresso Martini tastes wonderful as well, though I personally feel it could be heavier on the espresso/caffeine side.

We had an incredible experience at PPC Kitchen and Bar in Plaistow, New Hampshire! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Our server Jessica was absolutely amazing; attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home.
The food was beyond delicious. We ordered the Thai-broccoli appetizer, and it was honestly the best we’ve ever had! Every bite was fresh and flavorful. The entire staff was welcoming, and the service was top-notch.
If you’re looking for a place that delivers amazing food, great atmosphere, and excellent service, this is it.

While the food has remained almost universally great (I don’t recommend the surf and turf), the service has plummeted in the last six months or so. Many of the servers carry an aura of being annoyed and seem to have trouble checking in. 5-10 minutes for beverage refills, leaving while I’m trying to order an appetizer, and just overall not presenting as motivated to deliver excellent service. This isn’t just on busy nights, either. Short of getting bad food, I don’t think there’s anything worse than being made to feel bothersome as a customer when you’re out for dinner. We’re not especially needy, we’re very polite, and we tip well despite the service.
Truth be told, I had considered leaving a review weeks ago, but tonight I was inspired to do so. We never order takeout, but figured why not, we will. Following difficulties with the online ordering not accepting my card, I called in. Whoever was answering the phone for take out orders this night was genuinely unpleasant. She was clearly bothered that people were calling in for takeout, obviously in a rush to get off the phone with the old, “anything else?” after each item, and lastly by abruptly saying “it’ll be about an hour for delivery” and hanging up. I think the biggest insult was when she borderline sarcastically asked if I planned on tipping the driver.
Sadly, this will be the last time we eat at or order from PPC for a while. The food is great, but it definitely has more of an aura of being a typical chain/dive bar now.

Saturday lunch, good food & drinks, portions are solid. We went specifically for burgers, added egg to the Bleu and Provisioner, but the whole menu looks great and we plan to come back. Also ordered signature drinks (both great), brûlée cheesecake dessert, and then a chowder to go!
