We were invited by some friends to this venue. We had an awesome night. The place is amazing with all the lights, decorations, bar and service was great. We enjoyed the band and music from Shawna Morrison who is the daughter of music legend Van Morrison. She was fantastic. We dance all night and had a blast. Will definitely come back.

Joel (the bartender) is always wonderfully helpful at advice for trying new drinks. I like to experiment and he hits the mark each time! Thanks Joel! Yummy drinks just add more fun to an already entertaining night of free line dancing lessons that start every Thursday night at 7pm. This week’s yummy ‘new to me’ drink “Blackberry-Lime Rickey” last week was a “Dirty Martini.” Great place to enjoy yourself, meet new friends, and have a good time.

This place would have unique decor Inside to see from ceiling to the stage good bands from Blues too Rock would play. It also has a dance floor to enjoy two bars an upstairs second floor to view the band. There is outside close patio to still enjoy the band music or a DJ that would play at certain times with another bar outside too. Seating is available out in the patio if it gets Hot there is water mist that don’t get you wet but feels refreshing. Worth going.

It’s a cool venue, and has a lot of potential but needs a deep clean and more than 2 stalls in the ladies room! Live music was great, excessive amount of large security dudes who kind of throw off the relaxation factor. Great spot to people watch, drinks were just ok and served in plastic cups. Beware, don’t get drowsy or they will throw you out on grounds of being over intoxicated even if you’re sitting at a table chilling with a water in your hand minding your own business. LOL!

They don’t serve food although, you can bring it in. Bar service is pretty fast considering there are only two bartenders. Atmosphere is purely reminiscent of the San Francisco scene of the 70’s/80’s.

Had a problem because I wore a plain white shirt. Told there were no blank colored shirts allowed. Counted about 30 people with plain colored tee shirts. Don’t think it’s the security’s fault, but massively stupid policy. Management should be embarrassed how ridiculous they are to ask this of their employees. If your going to judge one, judge them all. P.s. 3 out of the 4 band members were wearing blank single color tee shirts.

Me and my wife were looking to have a nice night out, good music and good drinks. We have heard great things about Power house from friends. We were met with a very rude security staff, they denied us entry due to a chain I was wearing. The security guard at the door made my wife very uncomfortable with the way she searched her! Horrible experience at the DOOR!

Don’t kwn what their trying to do here but it’s a mixture of ages in here lol. You got your 21yrs old to college students to 40+ yrs old here haha. Like 3 different dj/dance floor/ bar! Easy to get drinks but alil weird? Mixing 21yrs to 50yrs old ppl together haha. Only white&black race only here! You’ll get your 2% azn and 2% Hispanic at this bar lol! Friendly place and no dress code beside plain white T-shirt lol
