We are currently sitting in Applebees right now and I just had to leave a review on Chris! He’s so attentive, he asks all the right questions and has an amazing personality! He really uplifted the vibes and gave us an A+ experience, hands down the best service I’ve ever received since moving to Charlotte! Please give that man a raise he genuinely deserves it!

I’m not sure why the reviews for this location is bad. The food was excellent, my man and I went on a Tuesday night, it was empty. We did the 2 for $25 we each got 2 meals and an appetizer. There’s an upcharge for the streak and shrimp but portions are large, everything was fresh. Our server Savanah was quick and friendly, checked on us multiple times and gave an update with everything.

We frequent this Applebee’s about once a week for curbside pickup, and the experience is always great. Veronica consistently greets me at my car with a big smile and even calls me by name, which really makes a difference. Our food is always ready when I arrive and still warm by the time I get home, exactly what you hope for with curbside service.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve started dining inside more often, and Veronica still makes a point to come over and speak whenever she sees us, which says a lot about her customer care.
Savannah has been our waitress during our recent visits, and she is fantastic. She provides excellent customer service with a warm, funny personality that makes the dining experience even better.
It’s the people here that keep us coming back – great service, friendly faces, and consistently good food.

It’s not a bad location. Came on a Sunday around 11:30 a.m., and it was fairly empty. Our waitress was super friendly and efficient. Ordered a kids chicken Alfredo, burger with fries, shrimp, and steak meal with a bourbon steak also. It was all delicious and cooked perfectly. Location has plenty of seating with seating at bar. There are plenty of parking spaces as well. They do offer tap to pay also. Conviniently located off independence and would recommend.

Food was ok. The spinach and artichoke dip was just salty with barely any taste of spinach and artichoke. Chicken quesa was good.
Service received was bare. Server just took our order and never came back to check. We wanted mustard and kept trying to get her attention but she kept ignoring us. Her other tables kept getting service though.

I enjoy Applebee’s and haven’t been in years. On this particular day we had a party of 10. Took 5 minutes to setup 2 tables. We arrived at opening. Waited 10 minutes before we received menu. Food Arrived decent time. Waiter express not enough of cooks. Working short of staff on this day. Overall the purpose of the visit made it enjoyable and the pleasant attitude of the waiter. I hope things improve in time.

Ive loved eating here but yesterday we ordered a plain cheese burger and a chicken sandwhich. Both with a side and soda. $44 before tip it was good but those are steak prices. No longer a affordable place to eat

I visited this place with my aunt and my girlfriend yesterday in the hope to eat something different.
The place was a bit tiny more like bar instead of a restaurant, nice and comfy tables, good space for restrooms, 10 to 12 bar spaces and enough parking lot.
In regards of the service it was good, the food was phenomenal but we have an issue with our appetizer (that also tasted phenomenal) as the main plate was serve first but becuase of that they gave it for free as a good gesture.

We were able to get all the items we have ordered on time and enjoyed everything other than Cheetos boneless wings as those were too much oily.

I had not been to this location in a couple years, and it has definitely seen better days. When my family and I arrived it took about 15 minutes before we were even addressed. I understand staffing issued, but when there is staff passing you, it takes a second to say someone will right with you. Our waitress literally kept forgetting everything, had to ask us several times to verify our order, and we still ended up with issues with our orders.
