It was pretty good, but I got there late, after they had pretty much closed and was only able to get leftovers. Price was a little on the high side for what I got, but..eh.The owners were friendly and appreciative. I like spending my money in my old community though. I will try them again next time I’m in Tyler, but I’ll be sure to get there earlier. Hopefully they’ll have more of a selection.

I called in my order, and my co-worker picked up lunch from here. Smothered Chops, cabbage, broccoli with cheese, and cornbread! My goodness! It was great! Good portion sizes, great food. I can hardly wait to eat there again!

I love there food and customer service. I feel like i can kick my shoes and rub my feet together with every bite because i feel like im at home. Wonderful Soul Food like my grandmother made. Clean, fresh ingredients that are slow cooked to Southern perfection. We both had the roast, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes and cornbread muffin. Daily specials and desserts too! You must try it, and we will definitely be back! Thank you!
