Seriously out beat jersey mikes in my opinion. First time trying it today and omg best sandwhich I’ve ever had. Good for the price too. Got the Sandwhich and soup. If you’re not picky try my order. First time and had no idea about this place.

The staff was incredibly friendly and understanding. I ordered a sandwich through the app for the first time on 11/21 and didn’t know that the toppings had to be manually added by myself. So a guy called to confirm that I just wanted a plain sandwich with meat and cheese. I was so glad he took the common sense to confirm my order assuming I made a mistake. Your staff is awesome. And when I picked up my sandwich they were so cool about it.

Just ordered a grilled cheese online for pickup and then drove 30 minutes home to find out I received a grilled chicken sandwich. This happened to me a few years ago. You’ve got to find a way to double check grilled cheese vs. grilled chicken. I’d consider it pretty important not to mix up vegetarian sandwiches with a meat one. I need a refund and the website makes it impossible to figure out how to do so.

They were selling empty hopes and dreams to some hungry souls today. The menu options looked wonderful and being a sandwich lover I was excited to try a new place. Apparently, at Potbelly though a 5″ Cubano consists of a table spoon of pork, 2 slices of ham and a single, paper thin pickle slice with a 60% bread ratio. The avocado which I added to the order turned out to be the main “filler”! I would have returned and called the servers on the pitiful sandwich they served after paying the ridiculous amount of $17+ tip if we weren’t already on the road by the time I unwrapped the disappointment. Needless to say I’ll be eating a very, early dinner. *sigh

Came in during busy rush at lunch placed a mobile order right before I walked in. Claire checked in with me as soon as I walked and updated me they received my order and there may be a wait. Probably 2 minutes later she gave my son some stickers and almost right after handed us our order. I’m very impressed how quick the service was during their rush, with no errors to our order and all around great team! Extra kudos to Claire for the exceptional service!

Surprisingly enough this is my first time at potbelly sandwich considering the number of outlets we have around. I like the fact that there is a skinny option which was surprisingly filling and good for the calories. I liked the broccoli cheddar soup . The sandwiches are good, I took the wreck and my wife took the sandwich named Mediterranean which I preferred more. I should have added some greens in the wreck, my sandwich.

The apple walnut salad used to be my favorite. but I don’t know if I will order it again. I got one with rotten grape, apple looks like onion smells like alcohol. Very disappointing.

Raise their prices in my opinion too expensive now for a self-serve sandwich. Almost $17 for a sandwich chips and a drink. Too bad was good when it was reasonably priced.
