Been about 4 years since we’ve had Little Ceasars and was excited about the breadsticks. Went to the Madison Heights location. Was disappointed about most of the meal. Ordered deep dish. Came in two halves. One looked great. One looked deflated. Regular crust 5 meat was bland and tough. The breadsticks were tough. The staff seemed to not be happy where they were. Probably be awhile till we go back. Really disappointed. Little Ceasars used to awesome.

Placed an order online for a stuffed crust cheese pizza, deep dish pepperoni pizza, and am order of Italian cheese bread. Never got the stuffed crust pizza, they gave me a pepperoni pretzel crust pizza covered in salt, deep dish pizza and Italian cheese bread are cold. Tried to call multiple times with no answer on the phone. Very unhappy and don’t know if I’ll go back as this is the fourth time this has happened.

I ordered 3 Pepperoni pizzas as a to go order. All three were cut in all directions, the most irresponsible mess I have ever seen, as if it was purposely done to spite someone. Manager said it was the way they cut thin crust pizzas, very disappointed with management at this location.

It’s the attitudes for me….it’s like they get mad if you ask for a freshly made pizza that I’m inside willing to wait for. New to the area and the same young lady seems irritated to even wait on you, rushes you through the order and is straight up dismissive. I’m always pleasant when I go in….just in Friday, guy in front of me she was so pleasant with smiling and all and literally turned my way with attitude. I asked for a fresh mostest pizza…goes and grabs one that came out the oven, no simple communication like, “got one that came fresh out the oven” nothing….puts it on the counter like here….I’ve worked in customer service for yearrrssss beginning at 15 and we were never a hateful generation in the 90s…some of these young kids make me HATE to go out to get food…my son standing there and it’s just nooooooo pleasant interaction. Thought Lynchburg was bad with service at some places but dang Madison heights just as bad. It’s sad…..

Pizza is way over cooked or they sell you whatever pizza has been sitting the longest to get rid of it, every time I go there. I use to love their pizza, but I don’t know what changed.. now it’s like the staff doesn’t care about their reputation anymore. Just tonight I was picking up an order for delivery and I heard some of the staff in the back being loud and yelling curse words like they didn’t care who heard them. Just unprofessional!

This is their new store located beside the sprint store. Its a pretty good store the food is served fast and hot. I have had to wait for pizzas during peak times. The staff is always friendly and helpful. You can order your pizza through their app now too.
