First time in. I came in around 10:30 am, place is very clean. The young woman who helped me was very pleasant and nice. Whom, I assumed to be the manager cashed me out and he was also very nice and helpful. The place was empty except for myself. It has great street view to people watch while you eat. I would come back. The sandwich was prepared fast and it was pretty tasty. Would recommend and will likely be going back. Pro-tip, if you join their reward program before you buy your first sandwich the app will give you another free one after your first purchase.

They do not care about customer safety. Bathrooms not clean and out of toilet paper and main floor had major wet spots where customers could slip and fall. Younger generations working and only talked and played on cell phones during work shift.

We needed to get lunch for our staff of 35 people on a short notice. The online system
would not take our order as it was less than 1.5 hour notice. I called in and the staff was amazing! They took our order and had it all ready on time. They went above and beyond and the food was delish! Will definitely order catering again when needed!

Wow! I regret not trying this place much sooner. So much more than just a sandwich shop. The sandwiches are great, but their salads and soups might be even better (the Chicken Pot Pie soup is killer!). Friendly service and a really nice interior. And they also have WiFi! This place is quickly becoming a go-to for me. Keep up the great work, Potbelly!

So I went in there tonight and I had mentioned to them that I had been in there before with my son and let me tell you this when I went in there before it was amazing tonight not so much for the price that you pay for the sandwiches when I went in there before it was simply amazing tonight you’re lucky that you got and if I would’ve gotten just one meat of choice of a sandwich, I would’ve only gotten one slice as you can see from the picture I got one slice of each meat. This sandwich is absolutely disgusting and for the price that you pay for it it is not worth it. I would’ve been better off going to Subway. This is not worth the money. I would not waste my time or my money going back to this place when I went there with my son in the afternoon and when Kelsey was working much better service and much better quality of food and the person that was working there tonight was obviously not knowing what she was doing because the customer prior to me didn’t even get what she ordered so that being said I will never go to this establishment again because I don’t have the money to be wasting on this and I thought I would treat myself. This is not a treat. This is actually gonna be going in the garbage because I’m not gonna just eat bread I would’ve been better off like I said, going to Subway and paying way less and getting way more for my money. Shame on you for being in the middle and the heart of downtown Portland and selling this garbage not worth the money buyer beware for sure and and top of that you get more bread than you even do vegetables like I said, not worth the money or the time.

I went here for lunch while in Portland Oregon for business. They were convenient and very reasonably priced. What put the icing on the cake was the sandwich itself. The read was soft and fresh. The chicken Cobb was delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Even during the lunch rush.
I will be back to get another sandwich to take with me on my flight home.

Oh… My… Goodness!!! I got to enjoy the Powerhouse Salad and it was absolutely delicious!!! I really enjoyed the spicy ️ hummus on it! It was sooo good! I want to make certain that I get this salad AT LEAST once a week. All of the ingredients are so fresh and the size of the salad is perfect! Thank You Dear Potbelly! ❤️
