Used to frequent this location due to the affordability compared to a JJ’s, Jersey Mike’s, or Firehouse. However recently the quality of the food has gone down hill over the past several visits while the prices have increased.
Today I ordered the largest size of my favorite “A Wreck”. A sandwich described as “a hearty sub piled with turkey, roast beef, salami, ham, and Swiss cheese”. However I received maybe two slices of meat on my sub. It was mostly a combination of overly soggy lettuce and tomato.
You would expect 35/40 dollars for two sandwiches you would receive some protein. This is my families last time at Potbelly. I would rather go to a competitor.

We drove an hour and a half one way to enjoy a Mediterranean sandwich because we’ve been craving that ever since we tried it two months ago , they missed a few items, I didn’t taste any feta cheese on sub , there was way to much hummus, The young lady was very nice smile good customer service but the gentleman who made the sandwich was not having the best customer service that day , we even asked him if he added the feta cheese. The guy said yes, but did not. ,my mother’s sandwich didn’t Have any feta cheese or any of the red peppers And she barely had any hummus , The first time we ate this location, sadly it will be the last, I’ll go back to the DTC loction . They didn’t make my mother’s sandwich correct just missing a couple of toppings,and she also had the Mediterranean but didn’t have any peppers and no feta cheese. Very little hummus ,

This review is mostly based on our recent order. We’ve had a couple of minor issues with missing items on sandwiches, but last night my chicken salad sandwich had no chicken salad on it. We placed an online order and when we picked it up in the drive thru, it was packaged and ready. When we got home I opened my sandwich to find cucumbers, lettuce and cheese. The main ingredient was missing! I don’t understand how you forget the item that is the name of the sandwich. We were on limited time so I went without dinner. Research online said to contact the store about an issue so we went in on our way to an event. He apologized but also said that it’s been happening a lot lately. And since I had an online order they couldn’t refund me. I got a coupon for next time but why would I come in again? I can’t find another way to contact anyone. I would like a refund for this item and something should be done if there’s a common issue occurring.

We are surprised that this place is in business. Pre-made salad, lettuce was not fresh, chicken was soggy weird, salad dressing in a little packet. Sandwich same witlty lettuce, TONS of super hot jalapeño, same weird chicken. Just all in all awful experience. First and last time at Potbelly.

PotBelly is one of the underrated sandwich shops here in the Denver and surrounding suburbs. If you like cold sandwiches, this is the place to go. At times, you may catch a musician playing music for the customers which I find quite pleasing and soothing. The customer service is outstanding, the facility is super clean and maintained, and the food is always great. If you’re not up to making the trip to PotBelly, guess what, they have a mobile app for doordash and if you don’t want to go inside, guess what again, this family has a drive thru! That is an added bonus. I highly encourage and recommend others to come here and support your local establishment during these trying times.

After seeing that castle rock had anther sandwich shop to choose from we wanted to give this place a try. It was a Totally disappointment. I understand with Covid and peoples want for business to treat them with respect many places are under staffed. But 45 minutes for a sandwich is madness. Since the Lobby is closed your forced to use the drive through that does not allow for one to leave. Your stuck there.
My recommendation would be to open your lobby and allow people to leave and if they don’t have the time to wait. You don’t have to let them eat in there. I feel for the person who was on their lunch break. They are now late for work and did not get to eat.
Also, if that is how your going to run your business. State such… a simple note like hey folks- do to staffing shortages and our inability to manage ourselves we anticipate that it will take 45 minutes to make a sandwich. Please plan accordingly.
As for the sandwich… not worth the wait.
