We found a black long hair in the sandwich. We spoke to one worker who has black long hair. Another lady in the counter also has black long hair. Her response was I did not make the sandwich! A few minutes later, she came back to us and asked if we wanted a new sandwich.
We customized our sandwich on the app. They cannot follow the order. We did not like cheddar cheese. Our sandwich has lot of yellow marks leftover from cheddar cheese.
Table we sat was sticky and unleveled. Men’s restroom ran out of paper towels.
We did email the manage of the store (not once but twice) but there was no response.

Best damn sandwich shop? Very possibly likely. Try the Italian with “the works “ it is the best Italian sandwich at any chain or sandwich place. Note: If you don’t want it spicy remove the delicious italian hot peppers because they are spicy.

OMG, the sandwich was awesome. Enjoyed the heck out of it. Should have gotten the Original not the Big. Trying to eat less. One of two problems was I had to clean my own table all looked dirty. I guess when they saw me clean my table they came out and cleaned the rest. Second problem, NO ICE, so I went to grab a bottled one and it was hot. I will be back though.

We went there to pick up dinner tonight, not a great idea. Workers acted like they couldn’t give a care in the world to be there tonight. Mind you it wasn’t closing time either, we weren’t walking in at the last minute. The guys in the back acted like it was an inconvenience that we got 3 sandwiches. We didn’t ask for anything crazy. Then went it came for what to put on it none of got what we asked for. Came home with dry sandwiches. Then went ordered milk shakes, the girl working the registered actually almost rolled her eyes because she had to make them. All around crappy experience from the past ones.

I decided to go to Potbelly for a BLTA, I checked the reviews and the price listed on here and felt okay. Many one star reviews are absolutely right, where are the employees? I had gone in right at prime time 6pm, not a sole to be seen. I was also shocked to see a BIG BLTA was 13.39$+tax, It had 3 small strips of beacon and get this, there was less than half a small avocado on the counter and they didn’t even give me all of that, I got about a quarter of the avocado. They sure saved potbelly a lot of money by leaving the 12.5% of half an avocado for someone else. If you are hungry order 2 big sandwiches, you will need both.

Ordered through the mobile app for first time for a big BLTA. The food was average, but workers neglected my special request: “Cut into fourths.”
I recognized the sandwich was only halved and asked if they could add the extra knife cuts and they pointed me to the plastic knives nearby. I’m a individual that loves to share his food but to not even cut the sub in half proportionately tells me of the lack of standards, at least at this particular location. I didn’t expect this and I was told this was a good sandwich shop to eat at, but I care about the little things just as much as the big.
