But I was surprised, it’s better than the subway for sure! It’s simple and still tastes so good!
I had the chicken club original with all the free toppings and I enjoyed every bit of it.
The food was delicious, the service was overall almost perfect.
Definitely recommend the, “Wreck” to anyone that likes a little bit of everything!
The kids PB&J is a fantastic option for the kids, and they love it every time.
The oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies has and always will be a favorite of mine, and the dream bar is so tasty!
The store was pretty clean, bathroom needed a tiny bit of work, and one of the workers seemed like she didn’t want to be there, but everything else was Awesome!
Would definitely recommend if on this side of Arlington
Since posting the original review, a representative from Potbelly got in contact with me and let me know they would reach out to the upper management to see if they could improve things at this location. (They also immediately gave me two free sandwiches in my app immediately for letting them know, which was very kind). As soon as they informed management, I swear everything has been great at this location! I’ve not had a single order wrong since. Whatever y’all did, it worked! Thank you so much! 🙂

Unfortunately, they get my order wrong at this location 90% of the time. I’m not exaggerating, I’ve done the math. I ask for a pick your pair with a turkey on multigrain and lettuce, ranch, and hot peppers. Side soup and a drink. Nothing more, nothing less. They always leave something off of my sandwich or make it with the wrong bread. I speak clearly and repeat myself, but it happens with different employees. Also most of them are nice, but there’s at least one who always pressures me to tip when I pull through.
I got the “Wreck”. It was pretty good. They cook the sandwich here, so it’s a little crunchy. The soda fountain was a little flat as well.
This is the 3rd time I’ve had a bad experience, and I have tried to give you the benefit of the doubt will not be going back to this location or probably any potbellies. terrible experience to have to pay that much.
Starting at the beginning of the line, the 2 men didn’t greet or even acknowledge me after standing there for a good 2 minutes, so I moved to the left where others were being served. Immediately the people behind me were greeted and served, so I got behind them and ordered.
I asked if the sandwich I wanted came only with the ingredients listed on the menu and he said, “I only do the meat and cheese. They do the toppings over there.” (Didn’t really answer my question but okay)
Moving down the line, I asked the next worker the same question. She just asked me in a rude tone what sandwich I got. I told her and she sternly asked me what size. I’ve never been here, so I thought she knew since I just told the “I only do meat and cheese” guy what size I wanted, but apparently not. So I told her and then again asked if the sandwich I wanted came only with the ingredients listed on the menu. She said you can put whatever you want on it. (Not too friendly or helpful, either.) I felt like it was an inconvenience to ask a question.
I get my food and neither one had cucumbers (which was listed on the menu as a topping included). One sandwich I only added lettuce. It had tomatoes and lettuce. The other I added tomato and onion. It had lettuce and onion.
I did not feel welcome here, and after spending almost 40 bucks, I definitely will not be back.
