Two of the employees were very friendly the third acted like she was mad about something. The food was good. The bathrooms were nasty, the trash cans were over flowing and no soap in the dispenser. If employees are washing their hands wouldn’t they realize the soap was empty? Just a little scary.

Had low expectations seeing the reviews and didn’t see any of my campus friends visit this place.

But I was surprised, it’s better than the subway for sure! It’s simple and still tastes so good!

I had the chicken club original with all the free toppings and I enjoyed every bit of it.

We had a most enjoyable experience!
The food was delicious, the service was overall almost perfect.
Definitely recommend the, “Wreck” to anyone that likes a little bit of everything!
The kids PB&J is a fantastic option for the kids, and they love it every time.
The oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies has and always will be a favorite of mine, and the dream bar is so tasty!
The store was pretty clean, bathroom needed a tiny bit of work, and one of the workers seemed like she didn’t want to be there, but everything else was Awesome!
Would definitely recommend if on this side of Arlington

Edit to update my review:
Since posting the original review, a representative from Potbelly got in contact with me and let me know they would reach out to the upper management to see if they could improve things at this location. (They also immediately gave me two free sandwiches in my app immediately for letting them know, which was very kind). As soon as they informed management, I swear everything has been great at this location! I’ve not had a single order wrong since. Whatever y’all did, it worked! Thank you so much! 🙂

Unfortunately, they get my order wrong at this location 90% of the time. I’m not exaggerating, I’ve done the math. I ask for a pick your pair with a turkey on multigrain and lettuce, ranch, and hot peppers. Side soup and a drink. Nothing more, nothing less. They always leave something off of my sandwich or make it with the wrong bread. I speak clearly and repeat myself, but it happens with different employees. Also most of them are nice, but there’s at least one who always pressures me to tip when I pull through.

First time here. We got our food to eat here. Every table was in need of a wipe down.
I got the “Wreck”. It was pretty good. They cook the sandwich here, so it’s a little crunchy. The soda fountain was a little flat as well.

I started in the drive-through and I kept getting cut off and rushed so I said I would go inside to order instead, I went inside and they had already made and bagged my sandwiches and did not tell me. I stood there in front of the man for three minutes, no acknowledgment I asked him for a sandwich. He very rudely said ‘I already made it go ask them about it’ ,I don’t know who them was. They were just standing there not being helpful. They had to unbag my sandwiches to dress it the way I liked and he argued with me over what the topping was called. he kept calling the sandwich skinny, so I asked him if that meant there was no bread, and he kept repeating that it was skinny instead of answering the question. Overall everyone I encountered at the store was rude, condescending and acted very put out to be working let alone not want to be there.

This is the 3rd time I’ve had a bad experience, and I have tried to give you the benefit of the doubt will not be going back to this location or probably any potbellies. terrible experience to have to pay that much.

TLDR: We had a terrible experience and won’t be back.

Starting at the beginning of the line, the 2 men didn’t greet or even acknowledge me after standing there for a good 2 minutes, so I moved to the left where others were being served. Immediately the people behind me were greeted and served, so I got behind them and ordered.

I asked if the sandwich I wanted came only with the ingredients listed on the menu and he said, “I only do the meat and cheese. They do the toppings over there.” (Didn’t really answer my question but okay)

Moving down the line, I asked the next worker the same question. She just asked me in a rude tone what sandwich I got. I told her and she sternly asked me what size. I’ve never been here, so I thought she knew since I just told the “I only do meat and cheese” guy what size I wanted, but apparently not. So I told her and then again asked if the sandwich I wanted came only with the ingredients listed on the menu. She said you can put whatever you want on it. (Not too friendly or helpful, either.) I felt like it was an inconvenience to ask a question.

I get my food and neither one had cucumbers (which was listed on the menu as a topping included). One sandwich I only added lettuce. It had tomatoes and lettuce. The other I added tomato and onion. It had lettuce and onion.

I did not feel welcome here, and after spending almost 40 bucks, I definitely will not be back.

Just left this place with my wife. Juliana the restaurant manager was horrible. She was rude and was upset we ordered more than two sandwiches. She said omg when I ordered another sandwich and kept closing her window to talk to another coworker to laugh and giggle. Worst experience ever. If she is working I just you stay away from this place. This location was the best before and my experience tonight was horrible. She ended up giving me two sandwiches for free for what she did. The free sandwiches does not make up for her nasty attitude I hope potbelly reconsiders hiring small minded managers and do more analysis before hiring someone like her. Inexperienced, unprofessional and down right lazy.

My second time here.Very good sandwich.I had the italian regular. It was sort of spicy like I like it. Seemed like the crew was sort of a little rude or short with me on their cell phone when I walked up to order. I had to get her attention

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened. The last two visits including today they asked me to add a tip when I was in the drive-thru. This is getting out of hand and completely unacceptable. Tips first of all should not be a guilt trip they are provided when you have table service when somebody’s getting paid below minimum wage their pay is subsidized by tips that is not the case here while a case could be argued perhaps for eating inside even though they’re not serving you at their table a to-go order just doesn’t have anything to offer regarding for tips. I’m not coming back to this location because of this and I guarantee other people are also not going to come back because when you try to guilt trip people into leaving a tip for something that it shouldn’t be entitled drives people away. If this was a full service restaurant then of course tipping should be encouraged for dining in customers but again this is not the case.
