I used to like the potbelly tuna sandwich. But yesterday I got totally disappointed with my sandwich. I ordered skinny tuna . While I got my sandwich, I found a piece of plastic inside my sandwich. When I showed her (green hair women) the sandwich. She said we are sorry, can I make the sandwich again . I was okay . After a long time wait , when I got my sandwich, it was totally tasteless, cold , and totally tuneless . I was totally sad and disappointed. They ran out of ingredients and I didn’t get half of the stuff I ordered and payed for. Also the sandwich was uncut, and I know for a fact they didn’t run out of knives to cut it with. The restaurant was dead empty too and there was only one other order waiting, so I don’t get how this happened. Maybe an employee is purposefully botching orders? Idk but I am not coming back :/

While I must admit my recent visit to Potbelly was a mixed bag, I can’t ignore the issues I had with their food. I was quite taken aback by the price tag of over nine dollars for a cup of macaroni and cheese. Additionally, the crackers that adorned my chili were stale, which dampened my dining experience. However, I must highlight the exceptional service of the staff. Witnessing their compassionate assistance to a customer in a wheelchair was truly heartwarming. They went above and beyond in their duties, and for that alone, they deserve high praise. While my food experience wasn’t the best, the human touch shown by the staff left a lasting impression on me.

Went here for lunch while in town visiting family. The food was very good, especially the salad that I got. The service seemed to be very hectic and slow. There weren’t that many people in line but it took along time to get through the line. Then one person in our party tried to use the restroom and you need a key to get into it and there were several people waiting, just confusing.

Potbelly CEO corporations you need to get rid of everyone in this establishment. My mom move faster than every employee in there keep in mind. She’s been a nurse for 40+ years lifted patients over 500 pounds. Has arthritis how to get a new shoulder put in and she still moves faster than anyone there at the age of 64 are you kidding me especially the pick up line they did everything but that every single order that was online took an additional 3 to 40 minutes.

We were staying overnight at local hotel and I ordered a soup, a sandwich and a pickle for delivery as our hotel was out of the way and didn’t have too much around it. The soup and sandwich were absolutely fantastic! I will definitely order again the next time I am in the area. I will add that once delivered, I was disappointed to find the pickle was not with my order nor did my soup have the bacon that I ordered added to it. The food was great, but the order was sent out incorrectly.

Terrible. Went because I had a buy one get one free deal, and they weren’t serving milkshakes, and ran out of half of the ingredients in my sandwich but didn’t bother telling me. Was left with a sandwich with lettuce and mayo. Terribly disappointing

Whenever I go here I get the Mediterranean Chicken sandwich. I basically get all the extras on it besides tomatoes. It is so good. The sandwiches are pretty pricey since they cost around $15 each, but they are really enough for two meals. They honestly have some weird hours sometimes but I think it is because they have a lack of workers. Maybe they need to pay more.
