I visited this location just for a cookie and shake for my man…the man that helped me was named Gil and his associate was also very kind. It was by far the best strawberry shake I’ve ever had and the cookies were so fresh!! I’ll be back anytime I hear! Pls check them out!

I really like this Potbelly’s, because the food is always Super Fresh and the atmosphere is very comfortable and the employees are always friendly and I used to live right around the corner, so I used to come here all the time but now, it seems like I can only make it maybe once a year, because I love so far away☹️ but I really felt that it was important to leave this store a good review, because they’re absolutely doing a great job

The guy with the mustache is super cool but the guy Gil is extremely! Maybe he shouldn’t be apart of the lunch rush if the chaos causes him to yell at customers! Who doesn’t go to Potbelly’s for lunch?! There will always be a rush in the afternoon – but all other staff was amazing!

Came in a few time but today was great also. Gil (I hope that was your name) was super friendly and kind. My husband I ( with the Alice and Panda hoodies) came in for my lunch break. Service was very fast and we were out in just a few mins. Thank you to everyone. We will definitely be back.

We came by here for an early dinner and it is the same potbelly that I have loved since I was a kid eating here with my parents. The staff was super welcoming and friendly, the sandwiches were quick to make but very delicious. The facility was very clean and everything was very enjoyable. I ordered a half turkey and half roast beef sandwich and my husband ordered a full roast beef sandwich and we both fully enjoyed them. Their hot peppers are so good! I also ordered the vegetable garden soup and it was delicious as well. And of course if you went to potbelly without having one of their chocolate chip oatmeal cookies, no you didn’t lol. They will enter your mind, your heart, and your dreams.

Lots of options to choose from and customize. The waitstaff was pleasant and efficient. The lines are long, but you move along. The sandwiches are delicious.
