Despite coming here at 9pm thease workers were the most genuine acting people. The vibes were so clean and positive when I walked in. Three out of three of the workers that communicated with me truly cared about my experience and purchase. I don’t even live in the area but you can be certain that i will drive an extra five miles just to come here . Never in my years of living have I tipped a fast food worker. But today i broke that streak. I tipped a crisp 10% . they deserve every bit of it. Highly recommend.

You really can’t trust eating at restaurants especially chain restaurants . Last week I was so disturbed , had a lost of appetite, gag reflex , shocked and was disgusted after eating a sandwich I bought at potbelly in Oak Lawn on 95th street. When I arrived at the potbelly in oak lawn I ordered a chicken salad sandwich. The employee made the sandwich and handed it to me . When I got into my car I begin to eat the sandwich and actually ate half of sandwich munch munch when I realized the sandwich was falling apart and something seem like it was crawling out of it . To my grand Suprise and great disbelief when I opened the sandwich a COCKROACH was crawling out of the sandwich and was on the wrapper. I returned back to the store with the COCKROACH SANDWICH to speak to the GM and employee was giving no info she said “ there was nothing she couldn’t do “ plus she decline to give me info about the GM. She told me she was the manager on staff that I was to speak to her . She asked me “ Did you eat the CORCKROACH?” When my mom asked her if it was her what would she do ? She responded “Just pick it out .” That what pissed me totally out . I also asked for corporate and was given no info . But they told me they have a public message out on me in all branches in potbelly that it is a scam “ For $11 , really ? ⚠️⚠️ so I want to create awareness out to people to let them know to check their food before they eat it . Check it once and check it twice no matter how hungry you are .

I came in to place an order and was left standing at the register while the two girls working up front just stood around talking to each other instead of helping me. (The girl in the red was nice ) When they finally acknowledged me, they were rude, dismissive, and gave major attitude — zero professionalism. ‼️TO MAKE THINGS WORSE ‼️ ONE OF THE RUDE EMPLOYEES HAD HER NASTY SHOE ON THE COUNTER CLEARLY RIGHT BY A FOOD MACHINE/CUPS. totally unsanitary and not in line with proper food safety standards The whole vibe felt careless and unbothered! Definitely won’t come here again

Too much to expect to actually get what you paid for. The multiple receipts correctly indicated what I ordered, listing all the toppings. What I got was just meat and cheese—no lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, peppers, etc. It was really poorly made. I ordered two sandwiches with all the toppings I listed. Neither of them had any of that on there. Very disappointing.

I had to stop by this afternoon and pick up that Mac and cheese pulled pork sandwich, it’s super good, the pulled pork isn’t tossed in the bbq sauce but is drizzled instead. Did an online order and pick up was seamless and easy, they keep em behind the register so just gotta ask.

OMG!!! This Turkey Flat i ordered is amazing!!!!! The Mac n Cheese was super hot and i ordered thru doordash, but this Mac n Cheese was hot like potbelly was right there!!!! Both Milkshakes(Coffee & Oreo) were amazing as well! I could eat this whole order all over if i wasnt so full!!!!

Staff went above and beyond to adjust to our unusual request for toppings for a sandwich rather than a whole sandwich. My wife is gluten free and vegan and needed something to spice up a vegan gluten free sandwich, the team working this afternoon were very accommodating.

Resteraunt is dirty and poorly designed. The prices are insane for the portion size offered. Menu is visible from the left side wall and is massive hard to read once in line.
Food is not cooked here its just heated. Its pretty gross looking as well once its done. Soda machines are never cleaned featuring both dust webs and spider webs all over it. Light fixtures also filthy.
I asked for a refund and was given a ton of attitude from the manager who couldn’t comprehend how I wouldn’t pay $28 for junk. I did not eat any of it as it was visibly not worth it.
