I ordered my food online to get it ready before we arrived, it’s a long day for us and was hoping to stop and eat.
Order time 7:50
Get to store by 8:05
Order estimated time: 8:12 it was cool employees were cleaning I was like hey just checking in let you know we were here for our order, as I noticed shakes sandwiches weren’t being made from other than a couple drive through.
He’s like yeah we are working on it.
Okay cool.
8:18 comes I go up to the register and say hey man you know we have shakes, he’s like o yeah.
Shake machine still has not been started. 8:26 now.
Just walked up,
And looked around he goes like 10 more minutes before we start working on it. I was like want me to cancel and order from the line like the 3 other people who walked in and got there items no problem.
End of rant you get the idea.
It is sad that we are paying 58 dollars from sandwiches and shakes and are literally just numbers.
What happened to customer service, caring, urgency, commitment ownership. I swear no one other than 4 people have been served since we got here.
At one point this will be the collapse of many different corporation type franchises.
I’m waiting to eat food to mark the food.
So it turns out that apparently our sandwiches have been ready for at least 15 minutes my assumption is since before we got there, because all of our sandwiches were cold.
Mind blowing.
And they are still cleaning the soup tray.

I ordered the skinny sandwich with soup deal. Not everyone makes a good Cubano sandwich, but this one was pretty good! I always love the chicken pot pie soup. And those mini cookies hold me hostage every time! Would recommend!

Spoke with Lisa bc my sandwich order was wrong from the previous day. She was so nice and accommodating. She replaced the order with no issue and was super pleasant. Definitely recommend this place, the sandwiches are always fresh and the cookies are great too!

Unfortunately, the food quality was less than satisfactory. The churro milkshake barely tasted like anything. I asked for extra garlic aoli on the sandwich and got no sauce and the ingredients seemed like they could of been a little more fresh. The salad so far seems fresh. And the potato soup was ok but I remember it at one point being “loaded” and having some bacon in it? It is disappointing because I did spend a lot of money and even tipped the workers because I’m sure they deal with a lot of nonsense. But it wasn’t worth it at all. If I even think about going back I will be checking everything immediately. And that sucks to have to do that.
UPDATE: I went to eat the salad and was given the wrong salad. So I called the store and talked to the manager and she was apologetic and was able to take care of the situation. So upgrading my stars to 5 for service.

So I got here at 9:38pm, there were 2 people in front of me when I got here. After waiting and if was finally my turn. I wanted to know if a pick and pair was available with the Mac and cheese. The caucasian short lady named Lisa with glasses, gray hair stated we have no Mac and cheese and we close in 15 mins and then smiled. I didn’t think that was funny at all or a smirk to indicate you not making it. A simple no would be great, but the add on was unnecessary. If you don’t want to work a closing shift I highly advise you to work in the morning where you will feel more comfortable to get off a bit early. If I am spending money here and rude smart and smirky comments don’t help. Please talk to your workers accordingly.

I did a mobile order that my boyfriend picked up and they didn’t give him the shake. When he went back to pick it up, it took them over 20 minutes to make the shake. While eating his food, he found two coiled hairs (one in his tomato, one on a sugar cookie). It took me 5 calls back to back to get in touch with the store and they told me that the only person that can do refunds would be in the next morning. I asked for the names of everyone on that shift, and he refused to give them which is fine. I’m sure the manager knows who worked. I’m heavily pregnant and don’t even want to think about what hairs I may have missed.

Sadly this location is always a hit or miss. Today I could hear staff members speaking to each other via the drive through speaker and it did not sound work related. No biggie. Took my order with specific ingredients, got to the window they gave me the wrong bag of chips. Had to wait without an apology to get the correct one. Noticed that my ingredients list was incorrect. I just left! Some people cannot multi-task and some need to learn to tell their coworkers they cannot talk and work at the same time. I do not know if they are new or not but I’m officially done with this location.

Went her yesterday for lunch. The African American lady was nasty and rude. I had to repeat myself over and over again because she couldn’t remember my topping because she was too busy having side conversation. She was huffing, puffing, and giving me attitude. At the end she pretty much toss me my food and said “you want a bag” I said yes please. She toss the bag to me and walked away. I don’t appreciate that at all. By the way I’m African American too. I’ll drive further out to Tinley before I come back here. A nasty attitude will stop or slow business down.

Great sandwich! I ordered online in advance and picked up through drive thru. My grilled chicken sandwich was warm and ready. The bread was delicious and a bit different than the standard French or Italian offered at competitive spots. I had the multi grain which had a good flavor and was not too tough or chewy.

The staff clearly refuses to read the ticket when it comes in because my food being wrong every single time with them doing the complete opposite of what is requested has to be a joke and on purpose. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION!
