I feel bad for the young man takeing orders he was great. The other workers were horrible. Over an hour with hardley any customers in the store to get my 2 chili dogs ice cold and still waiting on the blizzard i ordered an hour ago. The young guy was running around doing what he could but didnt seem to be getting help

My husband and I stopped at your Hilton store today and went inside because the drive through was very busy. We stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before the shorter man was able to take our order. He was extremely busy running the counter, the drive through, and making all the ice cream menu items. Twenty five minutes later he came over with my pumpkin blizzard but not my husband’s. We asked and paid for a caramel toffee cookie blizzard for him and suddenly he said can you take heath because we don’t have the other ingredients. We waited so long already so we said ok. My husband finally got his blizzard and we left about 35 minutes after we walked in. I took a spoon of my pumpkin pie blizzard and found no pie crust at all in it. Very disappointing as the description states pie crust. Also when going to use the restroom the door leading into the kitchen area was open and the floor was covered in waste (paper, food.) The shorter man kept saying he was dying and the taller man was saying he called and texted the manager but got no answer.

Took forever getting my order in. It took forever to receive my order. Once I got my order the portions were a bit off. The fries weren’t an actual portion and the chicken was dry as heck.
Drive thru is a joke. I ordered 2 blizzards. Then after waiting 20+ minutes in line I finally pay and get my blizzards… They weren’t done how I ordered them but they had long since finished making them because the women pulled them out of the freezer and handed them to me…….
If I knew it was faster to go inside then I would have. Why did it take so long for some simple blizzards?

9 at night. Nobody in drive through. 2 people inside. Waited a few minutes and was about to leave when they finally came on the drive through speaker. I ordered. Puked up to the window. Waited 5 minutes according to their own timer. Nobody up to take payment, greet, tell me it will be a minute… nothing. They obviously don’t want my business so I left. Close shop if you don’t want to help customers. Never again.

Food is good, once you get it…takes a long time. Almost always get something wrong. Husband ordered a malt. Did not come with meal and he told server. Still didn’t come. He went up…they wouldn’t even come to counter so I went up and told them we are still waiting on his malt. They said oh, I forgot. Still took forever, they were rummaging through cabinets for malt mix..really? It’s DQ. Also tables unclean.

Went to the drive thru—no greeting, so I went inside. Still waited 4 minutes just to order. Staff had zero communication, the few customers were confused as they were waiting on their orders. And my simple shake + mini concrete took 10 minutes. Should’ve been 2 minutes or less.

Horribly slow service. My mobile order was finally ready 30 minutes past the order time. They only had 2 people working, one cook, one taking orders, on a Friday at 4 pm. This is not a new problem but never seems to get fixed. I thought using the app would solve the problem but they’re still screwed up. It’s a shame because their burgers are pretty good.

There was 1 family of 2 ahead of us and then our family of 5 in the restaurant. 39 minutes later and our meal still was not out. We finally gave up and asked for a refund. The manager stated our food was on the way out, but there’s no way I could reward a place that can’t make chicken tenders and burgers in under 39 minutes.
