If I can give zero stars I absolutely would .
The service and management is not proficient or professional at all .
Ordered an 1hr ahead online before my lunch break ..when I arrived to the store nothing was ready or on the shelf .
Being understanding I waited an additional 20min for a pick 2 order . A Turkey sandwich and soup . Missed my entire lunch break just waiting for an order I never received .
The lady at the front assured I would be refunded within a week …4 calls to the manager and 2 months later . I still haven’t received a refund and I never got my food !!

It’s only $16-17 dollars but who pays for a service or product just to receive nothing ?
I guess they needed it if they don’t make enough, that doesn’t mean take other people hard earned money though .
but yeah zero stars …and I’m telling everybody I know and to tell everyone they know to avoid this place at all cost !!

I don’t come here often but the service is subpar. Never met with a smile or welcome in. Today I was told that a coupon that’s in my perks app wa not working for previous customers so they would not even try to use mine. I enjoy the food but don’t offer me a perk or coupon and don’t honor it. Or at least off other compensation as it’s not the consumer’s fault.

Visited this location December 2 and I’m highly disappointed. Went in around 8:45pm to order a KIDS MEAL for my CHILD. My order was then denied since my child “was not present”. I’ve never in my 10 years of being a parent been denied a kids meals at any establishment DO BETTER

Come here once a week and staff is so unfriendly. I feel like a burden stopping in here except when the blonde manager is working- she is the only person with good customer service. Sandwich is either too dry or sopping with mayo.

Ordered online, for some reason you cannot add certain fountin drinks for an online order.(strawberry dragon fruit )
I also got the chicken club sandwich and i added specific things to my sandwich to my liking, never added tomato to my sandwich. I get home and unwrap my sandwich to see tomatoes all over my sandwich. Super disappointed.

What is the Deal with the prices here? You pickup an instore menu–food is all listed with no prices!! You go on Google and look at Menu and click on a sandwich and it says Start Order and still no price. I myself have usually ordered the $7.99 Combo and wanted to try something else. But if you are going to be so secretive like the CIA about the prices, then you must have something to hide. Maybe I’ll just stop somewhere else where they are not ashamed of what they charge their customers.

Driest sandwich ever. Barely any condiments on it. Called back the next day was refused a refund because per the curly haired heavyset manager the tuna is dry and soaks into the bread and I should’ve called the same day…. Storytime: If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ended up having strep but ik I needed to eat something light so of course why not a bowl of soup and hey give me a tuna sub so once these meds kick in I can eat for real. Unfortunately I didn’t haven’t the strength to eat throat was still on fire but the next day as expected the meds were working and I went to eat the sandwich it was horrible. They skimped me out on the soup and all they had to say was thanks for telling us. $20 for a bowl of soup and ORGINAL sandwich not even a big and u can’t accommodate a regular customer who knows this was below par service. Unacceptable save your time and go to oak lawns or evergreen park location. U can see the microwave line from the soup and the sandwich is soaked in oil no mayo or mustard or anything else in sight and as usually the consumer not the million dollar franchise has to suffer do better potbelly’s hopefully corporate sees this. Jimmy John’s delivered a great tuna sub in replacement and I will be reaching out to my bank

I think these sandwiches just changed my whole life. It’s a PERFECT sammich. This is what Subway WISHES they could be. Potbelly puts every sandwich shop in the area to SHAME! “A wreck” is what I ordered. The mac and cheese is pretty good too. Go get you a sammich
