idk about yall, but I loveeeeee me a Potbelly Sandwich . Between the turkey and the meatball sub, I could eat one every other day! oh, and I need XXXXTRA hot peppers cause i like it spicy spicy! ️
This location is perfect since it’s close to my school (UWM), but beware of ordering during rush hour because your order mayor be missing something. Even if you are, the staff is always helpful and ready to make things right. ✅

I’ve only ordered delivery from this location three times and every time I have a missing item or something is wrong. They are incapable of fulfilling an order. If you are in the store and can stand there and watch them the order is usually good. I will never order delivery again and likely will not revisit because this is so annoying.

The attitudes every time I come in are horrible. Aaron always looks like he is upset and bothered to see me and everyone else won’t speak, greet or anything. Like they’re irritated that they have customers. The service has only been good one time and the lady was amazing and kind and attentive. Everyone else here doesn’t have the best customer service.

Popped in for a quick carry-out, and the staff here was friendly and engaging. The hospital is across the street, and the positivity of the workers was refreshing. The soup (loaded baked potato) was delicious, and the salad was fresh and amazing ( Thanks, Dez).

I love a good potbelly sandwich, and while I know mistakes happen, I was really let down today. I ordered through Uber eats for delivery and my two plain provolone grilled cheeses arrived with grilled chicken on them. While I’m sure some people would love this, I ordered plain grilled cheeses and I’m a vegetarian, so I won’t be able to eat them. A huge bummer! I’m sure this wouldn’t happen in person but was a frustrating experience.

Amazing group of men working there when we went today. They take customer satisfaction to the next level. Such great people with awesome attitudes. The food was delicious and the team working made it a great experience. Highly recommend this one!!! They even wished us a Happy Mothers day!

I’ve been a Potbelly fan for years—so much so that I’ve reached the Boss level in their perks program. Unfortunately, my experience with the night crew on 6/21, particularly with an employee named Diamond, was extremely disappointing.
My wife and I order the same items two to three times a month, so we’re very familiar with what to expect. However, tonight, her sandwich was noticeably smaller than usual—basically just a piece of bread with minimal filling. I politely asked Diamond if there might have been a mistake and if we had received a “Skinny” instead of the Original. Rather than checking or offering any assistance, she immediately dismissed my concern, insisted she knew what the sandwich was supposed to look like, and told me to either take it or leave it.
I was shocked by her attitude and lack of basic customer service. No attempt was made to resolve the issue or even acknowledge the concern. We ended up leaving the sandwich and taking our business elsewhere for dinner.
I don’t see myself returning to this location anytime soon.

Combo word time-Yummy-Oh-Yeah! I had the Mediterranean Chicken on Flatbread. I can now die happy and satisfied. It was my first humus. I could eat that eith ice cream. Super tasty! Then washed it down with the thickest creamiest broccoli and cheddar soup. They are definitely living up to their named. Long live the belly!
