Honestly food is great! But the fact they close SO early stops me from going there. Many people in my building also agree. Especially on a Friday night… I live near by and many times I don’t eat until 7, 8, or even 9. Ya’ll could be making some business if you were open later, even just on Thursday, Friday, Saturdays. I would probably give 5 stars if not for the girl wearing the NASA shirt today on March 2nd at about 2pm this is the second time she deliberately sabotaged my sandwich first time I thought maybe an accident this time however she had cut it in half then cut about half of one in half and removed it idk why I showed the gentleman working there the sandwich and he remade it and it was normal. I am a disabled American and I clean at the state capital building it would take nothing for me to contact my caseworker and Ada for disabled Americans and have a lawyer on the phone by the end of the day tampering with food is a crime. From now on when I see her working im going to request my sandwich to be uncut. Do better

I have never been in a Potbelly restaurant… Having said that, I wasn’t sure how to order, yet I received no help whatsoever from the two counter girls working there… I didn’t realize that my sandwich was going to be toasted. I didn’t want it toasted, but too late . Then, the next girl just stood there staring at me, so I just went to the register to pay. She finally asked if I wanted any mayo or mustard and to come back into the line and tell her. It was poor communication skills as well as poor customer service. She really didn’t care at all… just looked like neither of them wanted to be there.
The sandwich was just, meh. Especially since I was not able to convey what exactly I wanted to the staff. Not impressed at all.

I ordered the skinny Sandwich and a cup of soup.The wrecked sandwich was just okay, nothing great. The loaded potato soup, wasn’t loaded. It only had potatoes in thin liquid.

I’ve happily been a patron and member of Pot Belly for years but I was scolded today (10/22) for picking up my app order because there was no one there to hand it to me. There is no sign or instructions telling me to wait and the bags are right there for anyone to take. You also got me the wrong drink size but not like I get an apology. I’m treated like a thief in your store.

This has become one of my favorite places to grab a sandwich. The bread taste great, ingredients are fresh, the desserts look too good(haven’t tried them just yet)
If you are looking for a better alternative than Subway I feel this is a great choice to try and see if it fits your pallet.
I love the Turkey Avocado sandwich, I appreciate the macros being available if you look up their website for food tracking. The sandwiches go through an oven vs a convection oven at Subway.

Usually when I get Potbelly, even from this location, it’s always really good. This time, I ordered through the mobile app and my sandwich is basically bare and tastes like I’m just eating bread. It has only 1 slice of turkey. I’m glad I used a gift card to pay for this because I would have been even more disappointed had I spent my own money on this sad lunch.
