I love pasta, but rarely eat it, so Noodles is a treat! Decent prices, fast and friendly service to my table, and mellow but modern design made for a nice experience. I ordered pulled pork macaroni and cheese and it was great! The crunchy fried onions were really the finishing touch to make it tasty.

Food is good but the last three times I have door dashed to my job Noodles & Co have given me the wrong order. They will give me the gluten free noodles and other modifications but just cannot seem to send me the Buffalo Chicken Mac. Every single time I’ve received a different type of Mac and cheese but never the Buffalo one. I can see I am ordering it correctly on the app and even the receipt attached to the bag is correct. It’s not the end of the world but at the same time if I’m paying the extra money for door dash I want to receive the correct food.

I liked this spot, perfect area for college students to come enjoy some pasta for their dinner with some cheesy garlic bread! Staff/cashier was very polite, I went in with my 2 youngest children and there is something for all! We ordered the duo special and it was only $9.99 for pasta and salad! I would of gave it more stars if it had a little bit more of a better portion of the pasta. It was like half cup of pasta with sauce. But otherwise it was delicious!

As a patient in the East Bank Hospital at the U, I ordered $55 worth of food from this establishment. My meal was never delivered to the hospital and the staff is actively neglecting to answer the company phone. I cannot comment on any qualities of this meal, as it appears to have been stolen. Corporate offices will be contacted, and my now cancer free voice will be heard. I do not recommend donating your hard earned money to this dump. Save your time. Order Dominos.

After a disappointing first impression at another nearby restaurant, I decided to try this chain, as they are not local to my home city. I ordered Pad Thai with a side of their “world-famous Mac & cheese,” and their take on a Rice Krispy treat for dessert. All were very delicious and flavorful. Also, my server, T.T., was incredibly nice, helpful, and had a genuine interest in making my first experience with N&C a positive one.

Noodles and Company serves some really good pasta and noodles. The reason for giving so less stars is the poor in-restaurant experience. As per the store timings, it should be open until 10 PM, I went there at about 9:15 PM and the store was barely open! They have shut the lights already! Because of this there were barely any people going to the store! this cause bad reputation and very poor customer experience. It felt like the store people just did not want any more customers to come in or dine-in at the restaurant. Disappointed!

I ordered the shrimp pad-thai noodles, and there wasn’t enough sauce at all to coat the noodles and seasoning was barely present,cabbage was added (I don’t know why ♂️), the scrambled egg was thin as a paper…honestly it wasn’t the best at all,sorry but I’ve had real pad-thai and that this one was sad truly sad.
