They consistently understaffed. This is my 3rd time here. Third time I came third time I had to wait pretty much 20 minutes. I can get a deep dish pizza cooked as long as it takes here. The people are nice enough, but they only have two people staffed and it just takes forever to get your food. I’m sorry but I’m going to have to pass on this location from now on

Hello, I usually love to come by this place and the food is served great. Today I went in during the lunch rush which is very busy, so I understand the employees were a bit stressed, but I ordered the original mediterranean with tuna instead of chicken. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to tell the initial employee I wanted to sub tuna for chicken or the next person, so I told the next person. Then, i think they got upset and the first employee told the cashier to make sure to charge me for the tuna. I never have gotten charged for subbing tuna for chicken. I was charged for ORG Double Tuna Salad $4.19 . Making my total $14.18 , I usually pay $11-12 for this sandwhich. I understand it was my fault for not telling the right person when i wanted to sub the protein, but I don’t think it was fair to extra charge me over it, additionally, the sandwich was cold. I’m not sure wether it was just them getting upset I didn’t tell them which protein to sub or discrimination, service was rude.

I like the BOGO free deal on sandwiches and they do it multiple times a year, the sandwiches are great!! The only issue is if you order during lunch time expect to wait 30 minutes to an 1 hour. Management needs to work on getting 2 extra workers during busy lunch hours because they are in a very popular area.

I ordered a wreck, a chicken pot pie soup and an oatmeal chocolate cookie on DoorDash and I was very impressed with all the food. The soup was hot and well seasoned. The sandwich was delicious and the cookie was very fresh. I would definitely recommend this place and I will definitely order from here again
