We ordered the Southwest Chicken Wrap, which sounded promising. While the wrap itself was decent, the ordering process was confusing and honestly a bit frustrating. We had to repeat our order to three different people, which made the experience feel disorganized and inefficient. First, we placed the order with one employee, but then the person making the wrap asked us again what we had ordered. Finally, when we went to pay, the cashier also asked what our order was. This back-and-forth made the process feel clunky and inconvenient, especially for first-time customers. It wasn’t clear why the system required us to repeat our order multiple times—it would be much smoother if it were handled by a single person or entered into a system everyone could see.
As for the wrap itself, it was okay. The bread was probably the best part. It had a pleasant texture and helped hold everything together well. The filling, on the other hand, didn’t really stand out. The flavors were mild, and nothing about it felt especially “Southwest” or bold. It wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t something I’d go out of my way to order again.
The restaurant itself was clean, and the staff were friendly, which we appreciated. Service was relatively quick despite the awkward ordering setup. With a more streamlined ordering process and some improvement in flavor or creativity in the food, Potbelly could be a stronger option.
For now, I’d say it was a decent but average first visit—not a must-return spot, but not a total miss either.
The restaurant was clean, the crew was quick and courteous. Delicious food, great staff and a clean restaurant. Come in and check it out!
