If you would like a rude tasteless person and a dry nasty sandwich Potbelly’s in Canton on Ford road is the way to go! After worker or whoever prepared it did not put anything that was listed on my receipt on this dry day old bread sandwich. I suggest McDonald’s at least a sandwich that they make all day it’s easy to make. She also informed me I could come back later on that week. Maybe she would benefit for a customer service training or easier job putting cans in the dispenser at Kroger’s. Yes I am very offended at this individual because she forgot to put these things on my order and the only thing I did wrong is to pay for this nasty sandwich.
Well people here’s an update about Potbelly’s…. They requested my email address and phone number…. To my surprise I was not offered any type of compensation…. I mean maybe they’ll have some fresh bread one day, empire a cheerful respectful person….but I was a visitor, in Canton Michigan…. Never had had them before, I never will again.

I used to love this place, they make terrible sandwiches now. My last order was a sandwich full of seeds, I spent more time pulling stuff out of the sandwich than time spent eating it. What was left wasn’t close to what I ordered. It was way too expensive too, even for a well made sandwich. Not what you’ll get here.
I threw on peppers and they used the butt and core of the pepper w seeds attached. So the two or three peppers filled the sandwich with seeds.
My sandwiches before this weren’t much better. For a sandwich place, they make bad sandwiches.
I ordered kind of late last time, if they intentionally trashed my sandwich bc of closing timing they all need to be fired obviously.
Edit: The owner shared empty words and a link for me to probably receive some small recompense. Your sandwiches suck and your employees are teenagers who don’t want to work late or do a proper sandwich repeatedly. Imagine sandwich making being too tedious, a singularly teenage response.

We frequent this business and enjoy the food. But when you order in the app and make the sandwich the way you want and then you go and pick it up through the drive-through (because they NEVER have enough employees working there) just to get a sandwich you didn’t order. I’m allergic to mushrooms and this thing is covered in raw huge mushrooms. Called the store for them to say oh sorry you can bring it back and we can make you another one.What if I were to bite into this and eat a mushroom and then have a reaction because they foolishly put them on my sandwich. I know they don’t care about me. Which is why I’ll never visit this store again! 60 dollars wasted. Don’t visit this store Jersey Mikes is across the street go there.

this potbelly is the worst potbelly btw. the one at six and haggerty is so much better it’s crazy. they give you so much more meat and toppings on the sandwich it’s insane, there u can get a large and it is two meals. at this one, they put nothing on the sandwiches they are 75% bread. it’s so expensive for there to be nothing on the sandwiches.

Been eating here for years, but I quit. The quality of the Sandwiches has deteriorated drastically. You get a different Sandwich every time. Some OverCooked, some completely sloppy with the condoments so the breads mushy, etc… Now the Prices went up from $7 to $9 (I Usually Order The Italian Sandwich) & were advertised as larger. No problem except where’s the meat? And all the meat is bland. This is one of many sad Sandwiches from this location & the last. At least Jersey Mikes subs have a fair amount of meat for their prices. So I contacted them for a replacement Sandwich & they agreed. But then I realized that the same person who made the first Sandwich was most likely to make the second, so I just quit & didn’t return it. Not going back.
