So on a short note. Please be sure the people on the drive through register are trained and audited.
First I was over charged. Had to go in and explain it to 2 people before someone finally knew how to do math. Second, my sandwich was not correct The drive through order taker that didn’t know how to do math. Also didn’t know how to click the right keys on the order taking. Gave me onions which Im allergic to instead of hot peppers. I will definitely not be going through the drive thru again.

Story time; I had a bad reaction to a medication, which destroyed my appetite. After being told a prescription was ready at Meijer, the only thing that sounded edible was a sub. I had looked around on Maps, but after a negative experience at another sub place, I was looking for something new. I realized I could come here and hit Meijer without going on Mound, I looked at their menu, joined the rewards program, and got a Wreck. Loved it. A week or so later, after a therapeutic massage, got the free Wreck for a good day.
The original size is exactly right for me, the meat/other/bun ratio is very good. Tasty bread and a little horseradish mayo gives it a good flavor profile.
The staff on both visits were very friendly.
Overall, it’ll be my new local go-to sub place. Which probably isn’t very often, but hey, it beats out all the local competition in my book.

Ordered on DoorDash over $63 in food it all came missing the the main item like the blta no tomato and no avocado or small piece of bacon didn’t even get my double provolone just mustard lettuce and it was heavy mustard Italian sub missing lettuce tomato onion chicken club looked like it spent all night in the club simple ham and Swiss with mayo no mayo no Swiss this was my first time ever eating potbelly on 10 and mound it wasn’t busy either How hard is it to make a sandwich

Potbelly is one of my favs. Easily one of the most underrated subs. But, every time I go through the drive-thru, something is always missing. Usually it is the side of ranch I ask for. This time, it was the bacon. Not sure if I’m charged extra for it, but c’mon man….. I would have returned, but time is restricted right now.

I love PotBelly & their Hot Peppers! Never left unhappy 🙂 It always feel so good being in a Pot Belly shop. I definitely recommend this location because they also have a drive-thru. I’d also recommend ordering through their drive-thru, because it seems to be their priority. Don’t forget to download their app for perks & easy payments 🙂

What paying for bacon gets you 1 burnt strip on your sub and my sub was missing oil and ranch terrible I love the food 2nd time I’ve been let down by just adding bacon and getting double meat I spend 60$ on my whole order getting me and people in my house subs not worth the hassle and I guess because I said no cheese they just didn’t toast my sub or my meat got the coldest sandwich of my life the only thing that was hot was the black joke of a piece of bacon on my sub

I ordered a strawberry shake which took 20-25 minutes for me to get which I was already annoyed. Then I finally get it I could not drink it from the straw because nothing would come out. So I open it and it is all ice cream. Very disappointed will not be coming back. Will be going to the one in Madison Heights. Horrible costumer service.

Been to a couple of Potbelly’s and this one was very similar. Same menu options. Soups, salads and sandwiches. Everything I have tried is pretty good. Haven’t had a bad experience. Staff is friendly. Food is fresh. Dining area is clean. Enjoyed our food and left full!

Usually, I love the food but this place can never get my order right or on time. First try they completely missed the instructions and delivered me plain grilled chicken n cheddar with only chicken and cheddar on it and no other ingredients. Second attempt, I call during busy time, they take my order, they don’t ask for my name, and hang up before I finished talking. After waiting 20 min, I ask and find out my order was never put in to have to wait in line. I wait a total of 35 min for a single sub. The sub was messy and the ingredients were subpar. The staff is not the kindest either. 2nd strike. One more final try.
