Food is good, but service needs a little help! Twice we have placed orders at the Hackensack location, only to be told when going in to pick up, that we must have called Pine River! We checked our cell phone, and it was Hackensack we called! So now it’s wait another 45 minutes to an hour! Very frustrating!

The food is great…but seriously….you can’t get a paper cup…. So if you want a cup of water or pour your can of pop in a cup, you cannot do so…… I think it would be worth investing in the two bucks to get some plastic cups…. The pizza is awesome.

I love this pizza parlour! Want to see lobster and Alfredo sauce pizza. Or, Walleye, garlic parmesan sauce pizza. Cod/marinara, or Whitefish and any sauce. How about chocolate and Chile pizza?

My husband and I got the classic red sauce with Canadian bacon and mushroom on it and it was a fabulous pizza. It came out extremely hot, the crust was very flavorful, the toppings were excellent and we would definitely go back there again. Justin’s customer service was exceptional

We were super excited to try out the new pizza place after hearing about how good the pizza is!! Placed an order online on a Thursday at 5:40pm asked for a 6:30pm pick up time. At 6:07pm I was notified by email that my order was canceled??? I called, the person that answered the phone answered ” Drakes Pizza, at this time we are not taking any new orders”… I’m not in the restaurant industry but maybe delay a pizza time or be more specific ( we’re out of …) but to say , we’re not taking any orders at this time, does not make a good first impression!?!
