Potbelly is one of my favorite places to grab a bite to eat. However, this evening, Addison was busting her behind while her coworkers avoided customers. Addison was very polite and efficient, overall great job. While she was working, the other two hid in the back while the restaurant looked a mess. Her coworker with the black hair didn’t bother to help unless she was asked to. Addison, greeted all the customers, made the sandwiches, made the shakes, rung them up, and answered the phone, all while the others hid in the back. The blonde is horrible every time we come in. I was glad that Addison was making the sandwiches tonight cause the blonde messes up my order every time I come in and she always has an attitude. She probably can’t hear the order properly cause she doesn’t bother to take out her AirPods. Today she didn’t come out to help once, she sat on her phone in the back. When she did come out, I was unable to use the restroom cause she was sitting in there for 20min playing on her phone. Addison deserves her flowers because I guarantee she doesn’t get paid nearly enough for her awesome work ethic. In my opinion, she would have done just as good working on her own. Thank you Addison for your great service and shame on the other two for taking advantage of her work ethic and kindness.

there’s a long hair in my sandwich, which would make sense since the cashier was more worried about her braiding her hair, then checking me out. there’s a long hair in my sandwich, which would make sense since the cashier was more worried about her braiding her hair, then checking me out

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this old fellow felt it was deserved. I stopped by Potbelly and was warmly greeted by some very polite young ladies who treated me with real kindness and respect. The sandwich was hot, fresh, and made just right—no shortcuts taken. Good food, good service, and a pleasant visit all around. I’ll be back if these old legs allow it.

Loved my visit to Potbelly Sandwich Shop. The employees were really sweet and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. My sandwich was fresh, flavorful, and honestly hit the spot. Quick service, great food, and good energy all around—definitely coming back.

For a lunch, this was perfect. A “big” meatball sandwich is not nearly as intimidating as it sounds, although it was quite good. Ryan and the rest of the crew were very friendly and upbeat, while the sandwich, the chili, the chips, and the drink were all good as well. A clean, quiet, pleasant, and comfortable place to sit and relax. All in all, a good meal at a fair price, in a nice place. What’s not to like?

I ate here for the first time today, lunch. If you too have been intrigued by the name and found yourself curious about this sandwich shop, save your time, and especially your money. The garlic aoli on my partner’s sandwich was watery! Watery aoli? Seriously?
I ordered the garden soup, which was supposed to be choc full of veggies, but was thin and almost no veggies. The garlic in the soup was heavy handed and the only discernable flavor, despite the predominance of canned corn and a smattering of white beans. All 8 ounces cost $7.39, plus tax. The 1.5 oz bag of chips are 2.39. Outrageous. Also, the floors and tables were filthy.
Next time I will trust my better sense and go to Jersey Mike’s!

I just ate at this location and it was filthy. There were 4-6 high school aged girls collecting a paycheck but not much else. Food is all over the floor, with ants that found some, and almost all of the tables were dirty.
It was midafternoon with no one else in the restaurant. The girls could barely bring themselves to wait on me or anyone else who entered. The sandwich was pretty decent though.

Soggy sandwiches showed up at a different delivery time. I placed a $60 order Wednesday for a 1:00pm delivery Thursday. Because they had a catering order, they decided it was more convenient for them to attempt a 11:30 delivery instead. But I wasn’t home and my mom didn’t hear the door. I had to cut my shopping trip short, drive across town, and receive a 12:30 delivery of soggy sandwiches.I really didn’t appreciate it.

The staff here in this location are usually great; however, the dining area is consistently filthy. The tables had food and trash from previous customers, and many tables are unstable. Dec 16 2025, the trash was overflowing.
