Grateful they were open at 6am. Ordered a Signature Coca Mocha and a Boston Creme Donut. Both were waaaaaaay too sugary for my liking. Could have been a one off time but at least i got my coffee

Fix the machines for the staff so when you order online the whole order prints on the sticker and also need to do something about the parking lot it is becoming a hazard

Very frustrated that every trip I make here, something about my order is messed up OR it takes a half hour to get through a fairly short line. Today, I asked for an americano with toasted almond flavor. What did I get? A plain black coffee. Even just says coffee on the sticker.

New manager is very rude! Yelling at us about a passenger that was smoking a cigarette while in drive thru. Telling us it’s against the law and was gonna refuse us our coffees. That we should look up the law and know it. So we did. She is wrong!!!!! Should train your staff tobe more correct and not so rude. If she asked nicely it would have been put out but not being spoken to like she’s God or something. Besides the fact their coffee orders are always wrong

Me and my fiance come here every morning. The coffee is good. Our only complaint is that every single time we order there the order takers are always saying “anything else?” After every single thing we order. Making us feel rushed. They don’t even ask us what we want in our drinks or how much we want or what type of milk etc. Please train them to be more patient. Thank you.

Ordered a Hazlenut swirl iced coffee, they gave me a hazlenut shot instead, when I asked and said it was supposed to be a swirl, the fella at the windo said they had no swirl and it was shot only. Wish they would of said that when I ordered the iced swirl. He Didnt offer a different coffee or refund. Disappointed in customer service.
