So glad to have a taste of the Midwest here in South Florida! Potbelly was my college staple, and it’s just as good as I remember. Their sandwiches are perfectly toasty and the mac and cheese is a must-try. I’m especially impressed by their newer low-carb and low-calorie options which make it easy to eat healthy on the go. High quality, fresh, and convenient. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out!

I had an interesting tuna sub sandwich.
The bread was very flavorful and I added artichoke hearts in it which I knew I was taking a risk, and I didn’t end up liking it.
Every thing else was tasty, but there was this weird spice to everything too that I didn’t like.
The restaurant inside is very nice and the service was good. I only ordered from Grubhub and then picked it up, so if they messed up that small interaction it wouldn’t have been great.

Giardenera is good. I bought the jar a couple times.
Italian is really good except they skimp hard on the meat and it’s almost $5 for extra. White bread solid
Chicken salad is dry but okay. Better at Wawa.Multigrain bread eh but my sister likes.

I was excited to try this new place since laspadas down the road has been slacking off recently. By how cool and new potbelly looks I thought for sure they would be a laspadas killer.
Looks can be deceiving, it’s taste that really matters in a restaurant.
While the place is new and employees are learning I cannot fault the lady for not putting the hot peppers and hot pepper ranch in my sandwich, it is what it is, but what I did get was a greasy sub overflowing with the garlic aeoli I asked to be swapped out with the pepper ranch.
I got the highly recommended prime rib sub, which idk what kind of prime rib this is but it’s flavorless and tastes like frozen artifical meat. Although the sub wasn’t particularly bad, it also had nothing going for it that makes me want to come back for another one, perfectly mediocre.
I was also excited to try their pub pickle, the pickle was probably the fattest one I’ve ever seen which honestly didn’t make me feel too hopeful, one bite filled me with disappointment, the skin was hard to bite through, it was tough and fitting the theme of the sub, flavorless and bland. Definitely top 5 worst pickles I’ve ever had, maybe even top 1.
So overall, very disappointing. Since they are new I will probably give them a few weeks to maybe get things together before I return to try again but honestly not looking forward to it.

Horrible experience.
Came in this morning with my sister expecting decent food and instead got rude, unprofessional service and inedible sandwiches. The staff was slow and disorganized. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times, and the only helpful employee looked like the youngest one there. A bearded guy with no name tag hovered the entire time, kept pushing conversation when we clearly weren’t interested, and was casually dropping F-bombs while we were getting our sodas. Completely out of line and embarrassing to witness.
The food matched the chaos. The Italian barely had any meat, the turkey had so much rubbery meat it was hard to eat, and both sandwiches were cold by the time we got home. Nothing about this experience felt professional or worth paying for. Completely unacceptable from start to finish.
