Horrible customer service! On 2/21/26 at around 3:15pm, I walked in and was stared at like I shouldn’t have walked in the first place. Both of the little girls behind the counter, because that’s how they behaved, were extremely rude and dismissive. If you don’t like what you do, change your environment, simple! Management please provide these little girls proper customer service training because they have no idea what it entails.

Very friendly staff. I had the skinny pair, Turkey and swiss sandwich with a cup of the tomato soup. The sandwich was delicious. I enjoyed the soup but was not the greatest. Parking is a challenge, you have to pay for it and there is not a lot of parking around.

Horrendous!!! The sandwich was horrible. I ordered a BLTA and it has 2 small pieces of bacon no avocado and the tomatoes were soggy, Lettuce was dead AND It was eaten. Worse sandwich ever.

I completed an online order today Sunday, February 23rd. I placed 2 sandwiches (chicken salad sandwich and also a pizza melt sandwich). I also placed a broccoli cheddar soup and also 2 orders of chips and milkshake. Not only did they take a long time to have my order ready. It was promised at 6:15. I accidentally didn’t place the sandwich on first order but either way, both should have been ready by the promised time. Anyway, they didn’t have it ready until 6:26 pm. I also didn’t get my voodoo chips and got the wrong milkshake. I ordered an Oreo milkshake and a chocolate and instead got 2 chocolate milkshakes. Well, when I went back to let them know the chips were not given the young lady with her hair wrapped gave me an attitude. She said “Did you bring your bag back?” And then I let her know I have the receipt on my phone. She said “well I can’t just give you stuff for free?” I responded by saying “what do you need? A picture of the food?” This is all while I am on a zoom call. I told her “I don’t think someone would come back for no reason? Why would you think I would go out of my way to come back?” Mind you, I am not getting anything for free. I am just asking to get what I paid for? In this economy, I am not getting anything for free. I am just asking for what my credit card was already charged for? She needs an attitude adjustment and also retraining for customer service. I also didn’t receive the cookies for my both milkshakes. I will not be coming back to this location. Not only do they not fulfill the order right but they also have a rudeness issue.

I guess they don’t do delivery anymore vi their shop eventhough it’s clear ont eh website “pickup/delivery” and for catering it’s a separate thing. Anyway I placed a delivery food order yesterday as I just couldn’t get around anywhere. Saw the tracker wasn’t moving at all waited for a phone call or email some type of communication if anything was wrong, I heard nothing so waited until the proposed delivery time as I didn’t want to be a nuisance. Time for delivery comes, no updates nothing so I call the store. To my surprise they only do large orders catering deliveries for orders. Okay this is new to me all my orders in the past have been delivered by them directly as I hate the third party gutting prices. They made it right by starting the refund process now but just putting it out there. I don’t usually complain but I waited patiently and no one communicated anything to me. I had to reach out and ask what was going on. Very sketchy to suddenly not do deliveries anymore.

I work on campus so I’ve placed food orders here for my dept and even guests to our dept. Food is good, but the customer service I receive from the lady I see there is not great. She ignores you and when she does acknowledges you, she is screaming and not being helpful. She basically does not want to be bothered. Thankfully she does call another person/manager to answer my question and they were nice. It’s the first impression I get from walking in here is not great.
