The guy training was really trying hard and did a great job. We went late in the afternoon. Our group enjoyed 2 goodtimes chz burger kids meals, 4 cups blackberry ice cream, medium Ole, small Ole, 2 taco meal 2 sides cheese from taco john selection: $52 and change after tax. This is a nice large building with alot of seating sections and two great menus to order from. Good group choice.

First of all I have to say my husband & I were looking so forward to this & it turned out to be the WORST meal ever! When I arrived there was a woman waiting for her order, then came back a few minutes later only to find out there was NO cheese on her cheeseburger! After that, I don’t know why I didn’t check my order because there was no fries with my combo meal, so I had to go back. The burger buns were so soggy, we couldn’t pick the burgers up to eat them & they were cold & very disappointing to say the least! (I don’t really want to say the words I’m thinking) I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

Take it back said I order plain with cheese.
Gor the second one NO CHEESE but plain.
The third time, I asked for just a slice of cheese. She have a attitude well that’s not what it said on the monitor. The kids’ meal said cheeseburger on it, and I asked for just meat and cheese. That’s it. It’s the cashier fault for that putting that in.
And just FYI the don’t wear gloves, so if you want tomatoe juice and lettuce all over your food from them, dipping their hands into all short of things.
Good thing I’m just passing through and will not eat here again.

Food was poor quality and very messy. Everything was messy or dirty. Our table, food tray, and seats were filthy. It was very slow as well. And others waiting way longer than us.

Decent, but very messy, burger. Fries were really good, battered and crispy. A medium soda is huge. $13-ish for a medium double patty meal is a pretty good deal.

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to get cold fries and a cold burger. They also use a cheap tasting strawberry syrup in their strawberry cheesecake spoonbender. They are definitely over-priced for the quality of food i received. I don’t know if this is normal, but i will not be going back any time soon. The name of this restaurant is a lie and I did not have a good time. I paid $16 for a burger that I didn’t even want to eat after I received it. I’m honestly completely irate and I’m trying to maintain polite composure as I write this. After reading other ratings it sounds as though management allows the same things to happen over and over again.
