Great place.. The atmosphere is perfect for those getting off work and want to hang with friends or co-workers. Brian the bartender is fast and the drinks he makes are just right. I recommend the huckleberry mint, phenomenal. The food is good, not greasy and cooked wonderfully. Having the fish and chips and I am pleasantly surprised on the quality. Just a great place to chill after work.

I thought that this would be a more elevated experience, but it had more of a dive bar vibe than I anticipated. Happy hour pricing and selection was great. We had the best waitress that gave amazing service. Onion rings were undercooked, the wings were delicious and the pickles were ok. Probably won’t be back

We went to the Post Street Ale House to try a new place for lunch after my husband’s eye Dr appointment today and before we made the long drive home. We had the bacon & beer cheese soup, mozzarella bombs appetizers and split a Cowboy burger. The food was great. The appetizers and burger were really flavorful and filling without feeling too heavy. Our server was really nice and attentive without being too attentive at all. The atmosphere was fine. Photos are of my Guinness and a half cup of the tasty soup. We’d definitely go back again.

At first, I wasn’t sure what to think of Post Street Ale House. Then I sat down and ordered the fish & chips. Small pieces of fish and mostly fries consisted of the order. And I paid $14.95 for it. I was VERY disappointed.
Then…..I tried the fish and fries and was blown away! The fries were great, shoestring style. The fish was small portions but excellent! My only complaint was the breading. It was a bit on the dull side.
Service, at least at the bar was good.
They have a good tap selection as well.
If I’m ever back in town, I’ll definitely come back here.

Very Nice Pub Environment – great selection of craft brews. MLB All-Star Game on tonight. Festive feel. Food is average, good portions. Price is right – meaning reasonable. Recommend it for an easy meal. Breakfast served here, too.

Went here for the 3 course restaurant week. Had Ale House Mushrooms for the first Course which were excellent with the dips presented. Second Course was a chicken scaloppini sandwich with a black garlic cream and sautéed mushrooms and arugula on a ciabatta bun. It was good but would have been better if the chicken breast was flattened out. The third Course was a blood orange brulee which tasted amazing. I was warned it was thinner in texture than the normal brulee which it indeed was, but the flavor was out of this world with fresh berries and whipped cream.

Really cute spot in downtown Spokane. Very nice bartender but the beer selection was just ok for me. Just not what I was looking for at this time. I would return as the environment was awesome and I’d like to try the food. We only drank here.

Nice place with good food and a large selection of craft beers. The food.is on the high price side, but it’s in the city, and the quality is high also.

Fun place to watch football without the amateur hour. Beer and food are great, good selection of local brews. Typical bar food fare but tasty. Friendly staff on the multiple times ive been here and whenever an issue comes up (salty chili), the manager was helpful to take care of it. Good for locals and visitors!
