The new Waffle sandwiches are Amazing!! I got the Bacon Egg and Cheese Waffle combo and my husband got the Chicken Waffle combo. They were both delicious!!
The service was great like it always is and it wasn’t very busy so we enjoyed a leisurely breakfast.

The waffle and sausage and cheese and egg is good and fresh but the thing is when I went in this morning through the drive thru window I ask for a veteran discount and the lady said That they don’t give any discount the other day with was wensday I got one,I get a veteran discount at the krystal in Kimball Tennessee, we get a veteran discount every time we walk in over at Hardees in scottsboro right down the street from you,I guess that why I never see any business here at krystal when I come it sad you don’t respect you veteran or you elderly people that helped you along in this world

Horrible. Not what I’d expect from Krystals, as I used to manage one!!! I waited, no. WE ALL waited over 10min a piece for our food. I ordered 2 chick biscuits. Only got one. Coffee, which looked like tea and had a bad bitter taste. Cashier opened window after 5 min of waiting to curse at the register, take someone’s order, then finally get my card. I was alone and had multiple beverages, wasn’t offered a cup holder. Cashier was more worried about the register. Manager comes over, types on register, never looks my way. I got one biscuit, which was dry. The piece of chicken was a dry chicken nugget. Cashier was steadily apologizing. I thought it was maybe cause I had gotten chicken biscuits, but I still saw the car that was behind me when I passed by 5 minutes later. If you aren’t able to give decent food quickly in the am, then you should stick to doing lunch and dinner. Will NOT go back.

I paid $14 for a patty melt and a large fry and a large soda I ate the patty melt and four bites everything tasted good but it was extremely small and I will still hungry after finishing everything that I was given it was really ridiculous for the money

Stopped to get a sack fill and some chili cheese fries. They did NOT disappoint. We had to wait for our food to be cooked fresh, and it indeed was hot and fresh. The chili cheese fries had our extra cheese and chili as ordered too many other places in town disappoint me. I will always come to this Krystal as long as they keep up the good work. Way to go guys!

Service via drive up. Hadn’t had a crystal in 6 months. It was obvious they had been sitting on greasy grill. The buns were soggy and greasy. And it took them a while but they obviously did not cook fresh hamburgers.

I’ve always been a fan of Krystal, but my recent visit to the Krystal in Scottsboro left me disappointed. The service was exceptionally slow, making the wait unbearable. To make matters worse, the food arrived cold, which affected its taste and overall enjoyment. Hopefully, they can address these issues and regain their reputation for providing delicious, hot meals with prompt service.

Should just close this location. I keep going back every few months thinking it might be better. Food just thrown together and smashed into boxes, tots not even edible, and the chili cheese pup was just wow. See pic.
