Disappointed that you started charging $1 for this tiny thing of honey-syrup for the tortilla’s when you used to give the entire bottle for free! This is ridiculous and a very bad business decision that shows greed and why you’re all going out of business! I only go because my son loves the tortillas. Food is usually good but went Saturday and the fajitas were tough. Waitress was very nice! She can’t help it but it’s just very disappointing! It’s sad to see this is the last one in town and you’re getting greedy. I’ll be surprised if you’re not out of business soon as well! Prices have already gone up! Quality and customer service has gone down!

My go-to restaurant in Shreveport/Bossier. The servers remember me each time I’m there and they Are super friendly. I rarely have to ask for anything because they have fresh chips, refills, and fresh tortillas there for me before I need to ask. A+++ every time.

The food was so flavorful and filling. The service is really good and the homemade flour tortillas are amazing.

We sat in a booth at the bar area and had excellent service. The menu is large and easy to select what you want to eat, we enjoyed the lunch specials and appreciate the discount for seniors. The atmosphere is very welcoming. The prices are very reasonable.

Good food and services. They were kind enough to sing happy birthday to my sister. Thank you. Food was delicious. Would recommend this spot for a big family party.

We ordered Fajita steak nachos. We waited 45 minutes with our drinks remaining empty for over 15 minutes until we yelled across the fairly empty room for refills. Finally, our nachos came. The plates were luke warm, the cheese looked like it had been microwaved to melt it, and the steak was cold. It had great flavor but felt like it came out of a cooler. They took the food back to replace it. Another 20-30 minutes later, low and behold , the food comes out the same way. The waitress knew it was bad and told us a manager would be over to see us. Meanwhile, we were starving so ate our food. A manager never showed and we had to go the the register because no one would bring our bill. While walking out the manager was still sitting next to the windows sill behind the hostess. This was where she was sitting an hour and a half sooner when we arrived. I will never go back and want to warn others that they do not care how they look to the public. I almost was compelled to report to the health and food inspector’s office.
I have no grievances with this franchise…just the service and food in the Shreveport location.

I was passing through Bossier City on a trip across the country with my kiddos. this place is such a good time. our waiter was amazing. Jarvis was very attentive and helpful to navigate a few allergies. He was very knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious, and portion sizes were great. The atmosphere was full of energy and welcoming.

Used to be a staple but our recent visit is our last. Pretty sure server was drunk she also had no context of personal space. The fajitas arrived cold weren’t even sizzling or smoking they remade them but my nachos also came cold and sitting in a pool of freeze all the chips were soggy I only ate three chips. The amount of portions you get for the price is ridiculous. Also we ordered orange juice and she brought us a cup half full with rancid juice from the bar. $70 before tip for kids chicken strips, fajitas and nachos is absolutely insane
